I love chipotle, but I have never been to one that shorts you on the portions more than this one (a wild statement since this is what chipotle is known for). The employees here will give you 1/3 to 1/2 a scoop of chicken and do it with a smile on their face. It’s like they enjoy causing pain. Also it’s too cold inside which is a nice cherry on top

I got a steak burrito with brown rice and some fixings right after hitting the gym, it hit the spot! Fast service and tasty food, thank you.Parking: Plenty of spots next to the restaurant or in the shopping area next to it.

Starting to go downhill.. AGAIN.! picked up an online order tonight and nothing was a full serving. Plain cheese Quesadilla had about 1/3 of the normal amount of cheese. Rice and black beans with steak was about 1/2 of an order.. very little steak but would have been happy had they even added more rice to make it look like a full order.! Burritos are normally gigantic, tonight way smaller. Hate seeing this happen again!!Get it together, Chipotle’s!!!

I got a “Free Queso” promo on my account via a email. I tried to use it on my online order, but it didn’t get applied. When I went to pick up my order I asked about the queso and asked if I could get it. The manager said no, even when I showed her the email. Shea was adamant in her refusal, so I told her that she valued the $1.00 queso over my continued business- enough said!

This location’s quality of food has declined! I used to come here often very often but now the food is bland and taste like mayonnaise, disgusting! I tried to give it another try and got the same results. Management please take heed because other locations are going to put you out of business. Sorry but not sorry..

Came here for a bowl. Firstly I ordered carne asada the server went to the side and got me pieces of shredded carne asada instead of chunks.. By the time i came to the end of the line the server said they ran out of cheese for the night and I had to get my bowl without cheese. I sat down to eat and next thing I know 3 minutes later they had cheese again being served to other customers.. the server was too lazy to go get some more cheese and instead told me they ran out for the night. Cheese is the main part in the bowl for me!Very bad experience I had and I feel discriminated by this action..02/02/2024 time around 7:15 pm

Just came into this location. It is Dec 27th, 7:15pm and they have about 5 people already waiting for some chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t close until 10pm. The workers are just standing around, no apologies given or anything. This used to be a decent location but I can clearly tell it has gone totally down hill. Won’t be back!!!!

They haver very friendly service and fresh food. I very rarely have any issues. They give you plenty of food. Located inside the Publix shopping center. The shopping center can get very busy during lunch time.
