Rice was like plastic, both chewy and rock hard pieces. Steak was awful. The guy piecing together the burritos and bowls just simply could not care less about being there 😂 disappointing to go and spend your money to have an experience like that.

Ordered a bowl for pickup. It took a longer time to prepare than it does for other Chipotle locations we've been to. But that's okay.
The biggest problem was that the rice was not cooked properly at all. Big disappointment. On reading other reviews, I see some going all the way back to 8 years mentioning the undercooked rice. Talk about consistency.

Got a bowl but my food was cold. I was not able to take it back cause they was closing, been there a few timess and it's always something,the girl had an attitude, no hello, no nothing chipotle needs to slow down always in a hurry for no reason.
