A wonderful location with excellent service and fast efficient line. Food quality was great. Located right off of Roswell Road in 285. For highway travelers I recommend with full confidence a stop in for a quick meal. 🎯🤏🏾🐺

I just door dashed a burrito bowl with chicken and extra barbacoa- to say the least the chicken was still raw… and oh yeah it’s extra for double meat but they never even added the barbacoa. I had to get a refund from Door Dash and it wasn’t even a full refund. Serving undercooked chicken should get the business shut down and the cook jailed for life.

Arrived at 9pm to a locked door and knocked and was ignored by employees. The door, online, and phone system say they close at 11pm. I'm not sure what's up with that.

The food and staff are very good, but I gave them a 4 star review only because the tables were not clean and attended to like they should have been. If they get that area up to par then I will definitely be giving them 5 stars. You got to pay attention to your tables guys. Still you’re doing a good job.

The man working at the time I went to get my bowl (Saturday around lunch time) was pretty rude. I asked for extra cheese and he ignored me. Then he was very reluctant to give me the chips I paid for.I had to ask home twice for the extra cheese because he seemed not to want to give it to me? I don’t think he was being blatantly rude, just not willing to give the customer what they ask for which is the most important and simplest aspect of customer service work. I probably won’t go back to that chipotle because of my experience there.

I recently visited the Chipotle on Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of Luis and his staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was spotless, and the team worked efficiently while maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Luis and his staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning!
