The employees at this location are very rude. The service even worse. The portion of meat served is so little. When I brought it to their attention they started showing me the spoon size and asked me to pay extra. They were fighting for every piece of meat showing me this is all that fits the spoon. This is not how I am treated at other locations.

The man was wiping down the counter with a chipotle napkin and the napkin went inside the black beans. i was forced to get pinto. not clean at all.

Chipotle quality varies from one store to the other. The food here was very good. The best in the radius of 10 miles of it.

Residential Services

Went Saturday am, near the opening time, around 11am. The restaurant is located in a food court and all of the food didn’t look fresh. The guac was low and brown already instead of vibrant green. The lettuce was soggy and wilted and the rice was undercooked. The staff didn’t seem to have a manager on staff and you could really tell the staff wasn’t very organized or responsible as they were all grouped talking. I’m extremely disappointed. Perimeter mall is a busy mall, especially during the weekend, I expected better product.

Poor customer service I didn’t even make it past the rice station. I asked for a little more rice and she threw a whole bunch of rice on my burrito. I left seems like customers must suffer bc the manger on duty is having a bad day

Please be nicer to your customer. We didn’t hear her say 2 large chips so when we ring us up, we told her we only want one. She replied so rudely saying “ that’s wha I asked “ with such a rude face. We even apologized for not hearing her , the best should have said is “ okay “ or “ let me change it real quick”. I get that sometimes life can get tough but doesn’t mean you have to let everyone else experience that. Thank you

It's in the mall. Very fast paced. They work well. The food was good and the black guy on the register was so kind. Well, they all were kind and work their butts off. Lol overall 10. ?

For some reason it's getting worse and worse with chipotle, if you ask for the same sauce that you put in bowl on side, they charge you 1.50 extra, I mean it's literally the same sauce in the bowl. And the quantity had gone down drastically even though the price increased, Moe's is a much better option and they don't charge for the chips there

Be Kind

I placed an order online and inputted the name for each item (as it showed the option). Instead of the staff writing the names on each order they put numbers, with no indication on what the items were. We had to unfortunately determine what was inside each bowl ordered by forking through to see ingredients for bowl orders, which was over 12 orders. Someone could have easily chosen the wrong order and may have become ill from allergies or worse. If you request the names put them on the order instead of putting numbers with no association to what the item may be. It’s not going to be worth a lawsuit if someone gets gravely ill from eating the wrong item.

This is my first time having a bad experience at Chipotle. This location is in perimeter mall. The lady put a very small amount of steak in my bowl then had an attitude when I asked is that all the meat I get. Then asked me with an attitude would I like to pay for extra meat. They charged me $5.15 extra for about 8 more small pieces of diced up steak. Smh I will never eat at this location again. The cashier was nice though.
