They barely give any protein you have to ask for a bit more they charge extra. Food is great, service needs work

Runaway from this Chipotle, and I will be running away from all Chipotle outlets… Food poising from the meal I got tonight some hours ago. I’m posting this from the bathroom (#2), holding on to dear life. Funny, but not funny!!!

Yall, please don’t bother with this location. The food was so salty and honestly just inedible, the chips were easily a day or two old. service was just judgmental and weird. I’ve been to this location probably a total of 4 times, I took a long break from it because it was consistently bad. Then this last time was just it 😭.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. My food came out completely cold and the portion was ridiculously small barely anything in my bowl even though I paid full price. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. I got nothing but stares, attitude, and unprofessional behavior the entire time. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Undercooked rice is a deal-breaker for me, and unfortunately, this place has a repeat issue. I had the same problem 2 months ago, and it's disappointing to see no improvement. If you're Asian or Mexican American , you know how crucial perfectly cooked rice is. Service was great, but until they get their rice game on point, I'm outta here 👎

The girl on the register was very nice and friendly and had good customer service in general. The other guy wasn’t as nice but at least he wasn’t rude. The only thing is that the proportions were a little different then what they usually are, but overall pretty good!!

The employees at this location are very rude. The service even worse. The portion of meat served is so little. When I brought it to their attention they started showing me the spoon size and asked me to pay extra. They were fighting for every piece of meat showing me this is all that fits the spoon. This is not how I am treated at other locations.

Older gentlman was very rude , got my order wrong and continued to raise his voice at me when i told him thats not what I ordered.

The man was wiping down the counter with a chipotle napkin and the napkin went inside the black beans. i was forced to get pinto. not clean at all.

Chipotle quality varies from one store to the other. The food here was very good. The best in the radius of 10 miles of it.

Went Saturday am, near the opening time, around 11am. The restaurant is located in a food court and all of the food didn’t look fresh. The guac was low and brown already instead of vibrant green. The lettuce was soggy and wilted and the rice was undercooked. The staff didn’t seem to have a manager on staff and you could really tell the staff wasn’t very organized or responsible as they were all grouped talking. I’m extremely disappointed. Perimeter mall is a busy mall, especially during the weekend, I expected better product.
