This is the third and last time I’ll be ordering a burrito from this location. Each time I’ve visited recently, I’ve had a very poor experience with the same employee — a man with maroon/red dreads. His attitude toward customers is consistently dismissive, and he wraps food carelessly. Most concerning, he’s repeatedly thrown my burrito and receipt toward me instead of handing them over respectfully. It’s unprofessional and unpleasant, and I’m genuinely disappointed because this location is very convenient for me. I hope management addresses this behavior — it reflects poorly on the restaurant.

I was visiting a client for lunch in the area and they chose Chipotle. It was kind of a short notice thing and I was concerned that they may require you to do orders of 5 online , as some local places do. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not and they were SUPER Quick and friendly. I will be sure to visit again. Great location and the food was awesome.

Nice flow when walking-in, the food is chipotle standard good, however Very tight parking in and out traffic situation. Overall a clutch meal in the neighborhood to rely on for quick bite.

I ordered two Chipotle bowls to-go and ate them at home. I was the only one who had the bowl with sour cream, and unfortunately, I was the only one who got sick. I picked up the food at 4:45 PM and started eating around 4:55 PM. Around midnight, I woke up feeling nauseous and ended up vomiting. I couldn’t sleep due to the nausea, and the next morning, I continued to vomit and had diarrhea. I also had chills and a headache, and couldn’t eat anything all day. It took me two days to recover, and even now—over a week later—just thinking about Chipotle makes me feel sick.

I reported the incident to customer service, explaining that I suspected the sour cream caused food poisoning. The response I received was disappointing. They only offered a refund for the one bowl I ate and didn’t provide any further compensation. The tone of the representative felt cold and dismissive, as if they were more concerned about me filing a formal complaint than actually addressing what happened.
