Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is my favorite chipotle to go to in ATL. I’m greeted with a smile and food is always hot and ready.

I was visiting a client for lunch in the area and they chose Chipotle. It was kind of a short notice thing and I was concerned that they may require you to do orders of 5 online , as some local places do. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not and they were SUPER Quick and friendly. I will be sure to visit again. Great location and the food was awesome.

Nice flow when walking-in, the food is chipotle standard good, however Very tight parking in and out traffic situation. Overall a clutch meal in the neighborhood to rely on for quick bite.

I ordered two Chipotle bowls to-go and ate them at home. I was the only one who had the bowl with sour cream, and unfortunately, I was the only one who got sick. I picked up the food at 4:45 PM and started eating around 4:55 PM. Around midnight, I woke up feeling nauseous and ended up vomiting. I couldn’t sleep due to the nausea, and the next morning, I continued to vomit and had diarrhea. I also had chills and a headache, and couldn’t eat anything all day. It took me two days to recover, and even now—over a week later—just thinking about Chipotle makes me feel sick.

I reported the incident to customer service, explaining that I suspected the sour cream caused food poisoning. The response I received was disappointing. They only offered a refund for the one bowl I ate and didn’t provide any further compensation. The tone of the representative felt cold and dismissive, as if they were more concerned about me filing a formal complaint than actually addressing what happened.

Couldn't cook steak or chicken

Consistently bad. Gave this location one more chance. After waiting for ten minutes for anyone to take my order (I was the only one in line) I ended up breaking a tooth on rice that was either old or not cooked fully. Neat! Don’t go here.

Walked in the store on a Sunday night at 9:30pm no guacamole no vegetables brisket and chicken all dried up and crumbled up. I asked her if she had more at least vegetables and guacamole. She just simply told me no an hour and a half before closing. this happens on the regular, please change the store hours to 8PM closing.. They literally have everything shut down and the rest of the crew is cleaning the store but yet it’s open till 11pm.

Unfortunately got food poisoning at this location on December 26th. I believe it was from the steak.

On top of that, this location has a lot of flies especially near the drink machines. Be weary of this location.

I had a great experience today getting my bowl. Cara (not sure if I’m spelling her name right) was very efficient, friendly and gave great service with a smile. The other team mates seem to work well together & this is definitely my chipotle of choice when I’m craving chipotle. Keep up the good work team! ❤️

Came in late at around 10, I had just gotten done with work so was hungry but didn’t want “fast” food. Stopped by this Chipotle and had a great experience with Junior. Made my food perfectly, and also delivered it with great customer service.
