The food was delicious and fresh as always. The atmosphere on the other hand left much to be desired....a customer at the front of the line and a worker from the kitchen were violently arguing back and forth. The guacamole! The guacamole! The guacamole.

We got there when it opened and they had nothing ready or on the line! And when I tried to ask if they were open the girl inside just looked at me and ignored me. The other workers also saw us standing out there and ignored us, didn’t even say “hey give us one minute, we’re just finishing stuff/running behind” we were waiting like 15 min and just left, completely rude behavior:( I also used to work at chipotle so this definitely was disappointing

It was an hour before closing and they didn't have any more fajita veggies. Ugh! I had to ask them to get more lettuce. Kind of a "B" grade place.

This was my first visit to this Chipotle, and unfortunately, it might be my last. I came in around 9:30 PM, excited to try one of their famous bowls. However, when I requested corn, the associate told me they were out. Her tone was cold, and it felt like she was trying to rush through my order without caring about the details.
When I asked another staff member, she brought out a full container of corn from the back, proving that the first associate had given me false information. This level of dishonesty and bad attitude is completely unprofessional, especially for a place that is known for its customer service.
I did speak with the manager, who assured me the issue would be handled, but this left a sour taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively). It’s unfortunate that my first visit had to end this way

I’ve visited this Chipotle location multiple times and have always had a decent experience, but last night’s visit left me concerned about the quality of customer service. I arrived around 9:30 PM, well before closing, and was told by one of the employees that they were out of corn. This was surprising, but even more so was the rude and dismissive tone she used.
When I asked another employee, she quickly went to the back and brought out a full container of corn. It was frustrating to realize that the first employee had simply lied to avoid serving me. The attitude and lack of professionalism really caught me off guard. I spoke with the manager, who assured me that the situation would be addressed, but it’s disappointing to see such behavior at a place I frequent.
While I appreciate the food at this location, this level of customer service makes me question whether I’ll return.

I have been a loyal customer of this Chipotle location, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I arrived before 9:30 PM, well before the store’s closing time at 11 PM, only to be told by one of the associates that they were out of corn. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and when I politely asked another associate, she went to the back and returned with a full container of corn, clearly showing that the first associate had lied.
The negative energy from the first employee was unacceptable, and I felt uncomfortable having her make my order, so I requested to speak with management. While the manager assured me that she would address the issue, this experience left a very bad impression.
This is a Chipotle I have loved for a long time, but after this encounter, I am deeply disappointed. Customer service should always be a priority, and based on this experience, I have to give it zero stars.

you can’t close the doors at 1030pm when the closing time is 11pm just so you can go home early, it’s not fair to people who travel there when google says your open and then manager gives attitude about it ….absolutely unacceptable if the doors are closed and locked at 1030 then google and apple should reflect that

Ex-Chipotle Employee Review.
Visit date: 08/02/2024
Time: 4pm
Summary: one of my most pleasant Chipotle visits in a long time. Food, atmosphere and service were ?
Order: Bowl, white rice, black bean, smoked brisket, corn, mild salsa, cheese.
Cleanliness: 10/10. Both front and back of the house were clean & tidy. The line was spotless and the employee loaded my bowl without making a mess.
Food: all food items were fresh. Rice had the appropriate level of seasoning. Brisket was moist and well seasoned. All cold items were very good.

This location dumps their tea, special drinks etc 3 hours before they close. I’ve worked in food service my whole life and no way is that corporate policy. I paid for a cup to get sweet tea and wasn’t able to.
Fresh ingredients, great taste, great perfect portions! Will be back, my main chipotle
