Cashier and older guy at the register are telling costumers that fountain drinks don’t won’t work in order for them to sell the glass sodas. My son tried the soda machine and it was working. While we were at this location we saw 3 different people come in and walk out just because the service is so bad.

What baffles me is that working here isn’t mandatory. You chose to apply, interview, and accept the job. So why treat customers with an attitude? My family and I are new to the area and have given this Chipotle a few chances, but this last experience made it clear we won’t be returning.

When will Chipotle stop selling stale chips?????? Got a burrito bowl and chips from this location and the chips are stale just like most locations. Chipotle needs to do better. I’m done with them.

The girl at the cash register was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She barely acknowledged me, acted like my questions were a problem, and even tried to argue instead of simply helping. Her attitude made the entire experience frustrating.

Probably worst Chipotle in the Atlanta area. Service was complete garbage. Employees all had a horrible attitude and expression. They were out of multiple things, and didn't include multiple things I had asked for. Incredibly slow and the portions were abysmal.

Food tastes consistently awful - bland. Only reason we come back is because it's close our home. Final nail in the coffin is a fly in the food. Never coming back here.

Ordered a bowl of rice…the testy check out girl/guy asked me how many scoops the rice scooper guy put in my bowl. I didn’t watch him, so I didn’t know.
Got that settled. Cool. Paid for my 1 scoop of rice…and get my change back. It was incorrect. When I asked for my correct change back, the testy guy/girl at the check out counter tried to embarrass me by looking around asking the other employees if they had money to give me for correct change.
Goofy / awful employees…the guy who scooped the rice was kind and had manners. No one else did.
The testy employee also went over and told him to give me the smallest scoop of rice btw…photo attached

I had a very disturbing experience at this location yesterday. I came in and ordered my chicken bowl with extra chicken, sat down, ate my meal, and then headed to the bathroom. The door had a numerical lock on it, which is already frustrating as a customer. I then proceed to ask a worker (James) what the code was & he proceeded to berate me & tell me that I needed to purchase something. The man condescendingly refused to give me the code, even after I explained to him that I did in fact make a purchase. He then started walking around to different employees pointing at me and asking them if I had bought something. He attempted to humiliate me, simply because I needed to go to the bathroom. After me asking at least ten times for the code he begrudgingly mumbles “all odd numbers” . I’m perplexed because he was barely audible, his accent was strong, and I was expecting to hear a series of numbers. He keeps murmuring “all odd numbers” with hostility, as opposed to just telling me the code was “13579” , which would have been easier. This entire experience was unacceptable & left me completely mortified. James needs to be retrained in the art of customer service & the importance of it. Or he just doesn’t need to interact with customers if he doesn’t know how to speak to them & show them a modicum of respect. I will not be returning to this Chipotle due to his inappropriate behavior. James is going to continue to make this location lose customers if he doesn’t know how to make them feel welcomed.

Do not come to this location my family almost got arrested for not cleaning up a table. The people here were rude and overall a horrible experience. The dude went outside to get a cop and we had to explain to the cop why we didn't clean the table because they were extremely rude. We got lucky and was let go. Do not ever visit this location.
