I personally I had a very good experience with this chipotle! I was attended by a cashier named Jacky, service was very good. One of my favorite restaurants!

I don't know who runs this particular Chipotle but all I know is that this place is brand new and already awful! This is the dirtiest Chipotle unit I've ever been to! Dirty floor with food, dirty counters with food, my chicken came with other meat in it, utensils all over the place and this Chipotle isn't even busy right now. The only positive here is that the girls working the counter are friendly.

Just got back from this location and had a horrible experience with the cashier Jackie. She was very RUDE. First of all she charged me for an extra tortilla that was not even mine it was the guys behind me…and did not tell me until after the fact. She gave me a small bag of chips to try and make up for it. I didn’t make a big deal because I know everyone can have tough days. I got to my car and noticed that she also didn’t put my vinegrette in the bag. Went back in and asked her for it and she was very rude, dismissive, and rolled her eyes. I have never seen a more rude employee in my life. PLEASE Do not come to this location! I would rather drive further to another location. I will not be returning to this location based off the experience alone with Jackie.

Went to this chipotle since the one on piedmont is renovating. I loved how friendly and calm the staff was compared to that one. The other is just so chaotic and don't even get me started on the one in Lenox. I'll probably come to this one from now on.

Worst tasting Chipotle I've ever been to. I don't understand how you can mess up Chipotle but there was no flavor at all. I think they put all the salt in the chips smh. They weren't Edible with as much salt they had on them. They cost the most out of the other restaurants in the city. NEVER GOING

The staff is always efficient and kind to me. Chipotle employees are stretched thin, typically having to make dozens of orders back to back. I appreciate their friendly attitude during stressful rush times. I come regularly and Brandon is always a big help.Some of the reviews claim the staff to be rude. I find that being polite and patient goes a long way for these industry workers.
