Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was given the wrong order. They gave me someone's Doordash order. When I called the automated would not patch me to a supervisor, instead it routed me to the app to chat. The app referred me back to the store to resolve it. WHACK!!!

I wanted this chipotle to be good but i’m so disappointed since it is new. the service isn’t great but isn’t horrible either, but what made me give them a 1 star was i actually got food poisoning from them. i ate 2 bites and immediately threw it all up. my doctor told me it’s the lettuce that they’re not washing. it’s definitely ruined my experience for ALL chipotles and i loved chipotle too?.

You just sit at the window and it took forever for someone to even come to the window and plus yong lady comes to the window after 10 minutes and say you have to come in or order online...Wowwww a drive thru for online orders only SMGDH. ???

Back at it again with terrible service at this Chipotle. Me and another customer waited 15+ minutes because they had no chicken ready, with no apology. When they finally served it, they gave me barely one scoop. I asked for more, and they added a little, then double charged me for the extra chicken. This is the second time I've had issues here, especially after my car got broken into in their parking lot.

The 4 young ladies working on 9/12/2024 are doing an excellent job maintaining this location on their own! It was clean, they were all very friendly, order was perfect and Chipotle standard flavor. As long as they work here, I recommend this location!

The girl who rolled my burrito had no clue on how to roll and put my sloppy burrito into the bag without care and not sealed completely. If you need assistance please ask for help, Instead of messing up the burrito and passing it off like an ideal item

Consistent good food & service ?

Service is absolutely horrible here every time I come here my order has been given away. They say they don’t care just take someone else’s food off the shelf. The attitudes were in acceptable. This is not how chipotle workers should handle their customers. I will never shop here again these girls should be fired

Always go in or curbside pickup to ensure my order is right. Sometimes they can be skimpy with toppings and not consistent with ringing things up accurately. I keep all my receipts.
