Chipotle Mexican Grill

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Ordered food far in advance (nearly 40 minutes before arriving). When I pulled up to the Chipotle Lane, I received my food, but didn't receive my drinks. The lady at the drive thru acted as if I was not waiting at the window...no response to my request to the lack of completion to my paid order.

After waiting 15 minutes after I had already received my food, I still had not received my drinks. I was trying to explain I had been waiting for my drink, the young lady cut me off. I asked to speak with the manager, and the manager literally walked away and wouldn't provide me with her name.

This franchise definitely lost a patron in me and my family.

The restaurant is clean but that's where the compliments end. The food is the biggest issue here - the lettuce was brown, they were out of cheese and chicken, the chips had a strange bbq taste and were stale, and the steak hardly had any seasoning. This is place needs new management. Expediently!

Food is good when they have items. Staff can be slow with refilling items just depends on timing. This location will get super busy at times.

The service was horrible. Neither employee that was servicing the customers acted like they wanted to be there. The wanted to be stingy with giving steak on my burrito. I won't be going back to that Chipotle

This place is pretty good. We don't have these back home so it's nice to try something new. I've heard other locations are better but I just moved here so I'll have to find out!

Why is Sandtown location always out of fajitas? No one cares either. No I'm sorry, we'll try to have it next time, or nothing. Servers looking at you like, MOVE ON! Ilove mexican bowls but, I HATE THAT PLACE!

So I chose to give this location another try but I’ll surely be buying the ingredients to make my own veggie bowls at home bc how is the chicken bowl and the veggie bowl the same price, that alone is crazy but then they want to skimp you on everything that goes in the bowl so for 10.00 a bowl I can just go buy the ingredients and cook it at home! You all have lost a customer… Plus half of the workers act as though they don’t even want to be at work

This place is never clean. The entire management team needs to be retrained or removed. The residents of South Fulton deserve better!

there are 2 nice young ladies that took my order but the people in the kitchen do not follow chipotle protocol or guidelines, chips never have enough salt and they’re soggy and not tasty, veggies are always undercooked & they do not keep it clean.

Absolutely disgusting employees. Someone is going to end up severely sick. My husband and I just left without ordering anything for the following reasons:
1. The young lady at the front counter had on food gloves and proceeded to put her finger in her lipgloss and rub it on her lips.
2. There was another employee with food gloves on her hands that was texting and using her phone. Gross.
3. The cook had to alert the other young lady to assist us. She approached us and proceeded to scratch the side of her face with her gloves on.
All employees need to be retrained on food safety and the customer service was deplorable.

This location is so nasty that it’s, literally, a public safety concern. I walked in and the worker was spraying chemicals over by the food station. Rice, beans and meat all over the counter. I then it’s zero customer service. I feel bad because they are kids working and clearly just untrained. Such a horrible experience for the staff (they look miserable) and the customers. When I tell you - I never leave reviews but I figured out how-to. That’s just how disappointed disgusting this chipotle is.

I come here pretty regularly and the service steady goes down with each visit. Tonight we hit a new low - sour lettuce on my veggie bowl. This is the last time I'm coming. If you don't like serving food, close the business.
