I ordered my chipotle through door dash. My order was on time the service was okay and the place was clean. However I when I opened my bag my barbacoa tacos were very light. They were not filled. On top of that one taco was missing barbacoa all together!! I literally took my first bite of a taco and it was tortilla only! What’s going on Chipotle? Maybe i shouldn’t use door dash for chipotle?

Really disappointed. Ordered two chicken burrito bowls. My husband’s had everything on it and mine was more basic but I asked for a few extra of some of the toppings. Our bowls were LIGHT I mean his was missing ingredients he ordered and mine was barely any rice and mostly just cheese. I don’t know what happened today but this was a miss.

I've tried a lot of different Chipotle restaurants around Atlanta and I have to say this is one of the best. The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful and the food is very fresh and tasty. It is a busy restaurant because it is close to Emory but the wait is not too long.

Seriously bad customer service. The first employee was super nice and made a bowl for me and another for my 2 year old son. As we were checking out the manager took my son's back and told the other employee she can't do it that way. What a headache to start over with his order. We ended up leaving and going next door for Greek food. They definitely deserve the mediocre rating.

Gets very crowded due to its location next to Emory, but does not have enough staff. The restaurant is also dirty and there have been times that I have not seen a single clean table. Expect to have smaller portion sizes than other Chipotles for some reason.

Parking: Parking in front of the store, street parking near the store, and a small parking lot behind the store.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs on the sidewalk leading up to the entrance.

I go to this location sometimes, but today I had a bad experience. The young lady gave me a small portion of food and when I asked for a little more both she and the manager demonstrated poor customer service. The manager was argumentative and very unprofessional. It was an easy fix, just give me a little more, a decent portion. The manager got off the cash register and touched my bowl of food. Handling money and food is a code violation. Unfortunately, she was too busy being trying to prove a point. They were so silly. As a result, I left because I didn't want food that she had touched and both were talking over it. Again, they were just silly. If she was truly the manager, then I feel sorry for the owner because it looks like you have a lot of similar complaints and concerns. Train the manager and employees or you will probably continue to lose business. I would give zero stars if possible. I can't believe that a manager was that ignorant. Also, the server...just ignorant. You lost a sale, money and a customer over an easy fix. I don't recommend anyone going to this location. There are other Chipotle restaurants nearby.

Stingy, double portions are the same size as single portions. Double corn is single scoop of corn, same for double chicken etc. if you ask for more chicken they say can’t even though you had two half scoops of chicken… workers even keep 4-5 pieces of chicken on the spoon and don’t even put full spoon on bowl…

Overall not a bad experience except for the apathetic young man behind the counter making the food. Tiny portion of protein and if you dare mention it was a small portion they charge you double protein and the bowl becomes $20. The workers are horrible and made for a bad experience.

Black girl at bagging station very rude and tried to snatch my bag out my hand while I was grabbing it to actually help her out we were literally playing tug a war with the bag . They are out of lids so they are wrapping your food up in foil and very small portions of everything so i decided to pay for extra . I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL BE CALLIG HEADQUARTERS!
