If I could give this place zero stars I would. I asked the girl at the register about a queso and she was shaking her head and saying she can’t give me free queso assuming that’s what I was asking for. Just a nasty attitude and I don’t know how these folks were hired. I tried to speak to the manager about it and she wouldn’t do anything no either. I highly recommend not going here. Absolutely disgusting.

I brought 62 dollars worth of food, 5 burrito bowls for my kids only to get home and find that the black beans were spoiled. The food had a weird taste and we was able to isolate what that taste was and it was the spoiled black beans. My daughter got a stomach ache after.

Usually this chipotle is pretty good, but yesterday, everything was massively under-salted and under-flavored: chips, rice, guacamole. Disappointing.
Also, there was a chipotle employee who came out in his chipotle uniform and cut me in line to immediately start ordering his burrito. I could understand if there were a really long line, but he literally stepped between my partner and me to be the immediate one to order. Why didn’t he just make his own burrito? I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. There were only three people in line. If he really wanted someone else to make his burrito, he should have waited like all the paying customers did. My partner then had to wait at the end of the line since we were paying together for him to go through and get his burrito. It slowed the whole line and made things awkward. Bad look, Chipotle. Very bad look.

I love Chipotle! The workers were very efficient during the lunch rush, so don't be intimidated by a long line. Delicious food, never had a bad experience here

Consistently bad experiences at this store. Overcooked dry carne asada that is more like chipped beef. Ordered a build your own to go box and did receive lettuce or cheese. Offshore customer service does nothing. Go somewhere else.

The music in here is so loud it’s difficult to have a conversation in. I would give whoever is on aux a 4.8/10. The outdoor patio is a great space to get some peace and quiet. My fiancée gently asked the lady at the counter for a bag of chips and the lady shook her head in disgust as she grabbed the chips. All to say, the food is always great. Many healthy options!
The food was good after because the associate went to the back and pulled some from a newly opened pan. Chipotle’s food is normally good, the service was ok. The one associate really made the difference. I will be back!
