I've been a loyal Chipotle customer for over three years, frequently visiting this specific location and spending well over $3,500 during this time. My experiences have always been positive, with friendly staff who know my usual order. That's why my recent visit around 12:50pm was not only surprising but deeply upsetting.I requested a burrito with double chicken, but the portion provided by a worker wearing (bright red lipstick) seemed unusually small. When I politely asked for a bit more chicken, instead of accommodating the request, the situation escalated to an argument. The worker even used a measuring cup to prove the portion size, making me feel embarrassed and humiliated in front of other staff and customers. This is the first time I've encountered such treatment here, and it was especially surprising from a place where I've spent so much $$$ and felt valued. I don't seek a refund for my order; my hope is that management can address this incident. Training on customer service and ensuring all staff understand the importance of treating customers with respect and kindness, EVEN in disagreements, would be valuable. It's crucial for maintaining the friendly atmosphere that has made me a loyal customer for years.

Yesterday I stopped by this location and the customer service was outstanding and the chips and guacamole was on point. Parking was not good but the overall experience was amazing.

Asked for a tortilla on the side and was told it would be 53 cents. Not sure why? Never ever been to a chipotle who charges for tortillas. Thought they were joking but the fact that I’m here writing this review shows just how serious they were. It’s giving “the ghetto” cuz why?And the small portion of meat to the point she was almost point them in the bowl one by one but heavy handiness on everything else was irritating.

Decent at best. Extremely inconsistent. No clear manager / shift leader on site. Sometimes the burritos are decent, sometimes they are tiny. Sometimes your food is ready on time, sometimes they are 15-30+ minutes behind. Sometimes they acknowledge you while you wait for your food, sometimes not (albeit this has improved mildly recently). My advice, you will have better luck just about anywhere else.

I generally like this location due to their healthy portions and friendly employees. But they’ve started being more inconsistent. The past few times I’ve gone they’ve been out of various ingredients (and have shrugged when asked if/when they would be restocked) and most recently the black beans were so undercooked that they were like rocks. We had to pick them out.

Trash piled everywhere, out of queso, pico, cheese, onions and peppers 3 hr before closing. Gross back counter top. Really disappointing experience here.

Chipotle, YAY! Student center, eewwww.I'm in here once a season or so as it is near my house and one of the better student food choices. Also, it has a small outdoor patio. It is fresh and healthy food served by the enthusiastically confused with a dining area that looks like teenagers clean it. Need I say more? Look at the pics. Notice how many people are idle behind the counter and how much debris is on the tables.I am tempted to give them another star just for cuteness. I asked the gal behind the counter for a few extra chips for my kid and she remarked, "two or three?"It's good food. It's quick. It's fresh. You should probably get it to go.Vegetarian options: Salads, cheese, tofu, chips, guacamole.Dietary restrictions: The build-a-meal approach makes it easy to deal with dietary restrictions.

Just NO. Don't do it. Walked in 3 hours before closing. There was literally not 1 clean table. Filthy is an understatement. We waited in line for 10ish minutes but heard the line guy tell a customer, we're out of white rice, brown rice, black beans and pinto beans. By the time we got to the line, we saw empty food containers that had been baking on the hot plates for a very long time, no veggies, brown-ish guac, food on the floor, and, shockingly, 4 people in the back of the kitchen - no idea what they were doing but it wasn't serving customers and not 1 ounce of concern or urgency. If there was a manager on duty, he/she should be terminated. This was simply gross ( pun intended ) negligence for a food establishment. For what it's worth, CAVA, next door, had great fresh food, nice and fresh, no wait and friendly people behind the counter.

I went in on a super busy night and the folks behind the counter kept things moving at a great pace without sacrificing quality. I had one of the best chipotle burritos of my life (and I promise I’m using a large sample size)

They literally wouldn't let me order with peppers and onions while waiting in line. Instead, the “person in charge” suggested placing the order online since they only accept online orders for those ingredients. It seemed quite impractical. I ended up sitting inside the restaurant to place the online order, which didn't make sense at all. It sucks that this is the only location on campus.

They are careless about their line . They don’t know how to pace themselves when it comes to making the bowls.. they keep the line dirty . I told the guy who works there like “ bey I see you need to restock , you can go ahead” he gone get smart and say what you want from over here as if I was being annoying but I was trying to be nice cause the line was filthy !!!! I went home with my food just to bring it back cause it was a piece of PLASTIC IN MY BOWL I DOWN BOUT CHOKE ON . & when I bring it back it was like no care in the world .

Terrible, terrible service!!! Hey everyone, first responder here, so you know what that means.... Always on the go, especially on breaks; that we already don't get. So, came here on a quick little "break" got a Barbacoa bowl with guacamole. First and foremost, the portions were quite smaller compared to what I remember, but I didn't let it discourage me. Secondly, I get back to the truck to go eat my meal and as I'm eating, the meat was just a clump totally stuck together and not edible. Thirdly, the guac has a big rubbery textured piece that was also not edible. So I went back inside the restaurant and explained to the cashier what happened and she apologize and directed me to the manager. He was a chubby, Hispanic male with a heavy accent. I advised the manager and showed him my findings and he just argued with me. Telling me "it's still guac and it's still meat. We dont serve rubber ok." This dude tried to belittle me for bringing back the meal and didn't offer any help. I had to be the one to ask him to remake my meal and that's when he said fine and walked away. Mind you there's a whole line of about 5-6 people that he just resumes helping. Lmaoooo. What?! Are you kidding me?!! So after about a min or so, I call him back and I said "excuse me, umm hello, did u forget? What is going on?" This guy says, " oh I thought you were gonna get back in line and wait for another one." Someone explain to me, why on earth would I get back in line to wait for him to remake my order? As a manager your job is to rectify any issues and help the customers feel welcomed for doing business. The manager beyond the most unprofessional person, I've ever spoken to behind a counter in my natural adult life. He was so dismissive. At that point I just asked the cashier for a refund, got it and left. Not looking for a handout but you would think businesses have more respect for first responders for what we do. You really dont know the day we could be having, (just ran a 1 month old cardiac arrest!) so a little kindness goes along way. Btw I ended up getting dispatched to my next call soon as I walked back to my truck. So great, now I'm dealing with mental trauma of work calls, I'm annoyed with the manager AND imHUNGRY.
