Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The service was unbelievably rude. As I was ordering, the guy behind the counter kept giving me this hostile look, like he was irritated that I was even speaking. He rushed me the entire time and made me feel completely unwelcome, like I wasn’t a paying customer but just someone wasting his time. It was honestly uncomfortable and unprofessional. This location seriously needs better customer service

Understaffed and very slow

Disgusting. Got a veggie burrito bowl and it was straight salt. Also the staff person seemed to be offended because I wanted to wait until he had put his gloves on before I gave him my order.

Cashier: (after finishing texting on phone) that’ll be $9.99. hands me strawberry poppi
Me: grabs chips and say I got Orange
Them: oh I didn’t even ring you up for chips

They’re still in there texting.

Food is super salty. The meat, peppers, chips & pico.

Food was delicious, front line server was a little Put off when I asked for Fresh brown rice... communication is Key to everything!
Not only were they running low on brown rice, they were low on black beans, veggies, And sour cream!
That's your job to ensure these items are not low...right?
The cashier was nice and pleasant, and shared some pertinent information!
Not sure if I'll visit This restaurant in the near future!

Save yourself the stomach ache. Rice undercooked, Beans hard. Meat is tough and the staff are just lackadaisical. Chipotle, pay your staff more and clean up your facilities. This place is dreadful.

Yall too slow, expected pick up 7:23 and still waiting 20 minutes later.. girls handling take out orders didn’t have a great attitude either , told her who I’m picking up for and she tryna tell me how she got orders before me, that’s not my problem if you knew how to do your job better you would have had this handled, I been in way busier chipotle and my order was ready on time

I thoroughly enjoy this Chipotle location. Staff is nice, decent food portions, and clean dining experience. My go to lunch whenever I’m in the area.

This is my go-to Chipotle as I work right around the corner at KoloFit (check us out). I had to post a review as food quality, portions, and service has been OUTSTANDING as of late. Around 3-4 months ago I noticed a clear decline in the food. Now, things are better than ever. I want to shoutout and give JAQUON MCKINNEY and his team major credit. They have turned this place around after coming under the new management of JAQUON! Thanks.

Do not know how to wrap a burrito or how to heat the tortilla properly. Opened my burrito to eat it and it was falling apart before I could bite it.
