Got the worst steak burrito of my life here. The steak was rubber and 50% chunks of fat. Store was empty… for good reason in that state with food and trash on the floor. Employees welcome you by shouting “you got a mobile order!?”. Willy’s is down the street and gave me a far better quality steak burrito at a lower price without shouting. Won’t be back to chipotle and how absolutely no idea how this location doesn’t have issues with chipotle corporate yet.

I have come to this location on quite a few occasions being that I work near by. The employees are cool but they’re over salting the food! OVER OVER OVER salting! I just got a bowl on 3/26 @1150am. The amount of salt on this food is WILD!

I ask for chicken taco little black beans so much with the juice everywhere same with little veggies and lil hot sauce. My taco was overloaded with hot sauce. Sloppy wet soggy tacos.

A hot mess. 2/2 times I’ve been here, there was no was no one up front. The first time I had to leave, since they “ran out of food”. The second time, the white rice was so overcooked and disgusting. Even the girl working there said “based on your facial expression, I suggest you get the brown rice.” They overfilled my burrito so it had to be double wrapped, which I hate. Super doughy and gross. The guac was undermixed. I was biting into huge chunks of straight avocado. My burrito had an overwhelming taste of onion. Like the onions were bad. They overfilled the guy behind me as well and it had to be double wrapped. The staff is young and I thought they were funny even if they weren’t professional. Seems like they need more direction.

Always something. they don’t have the staff they are not taking in-store orders, only doing online orders. the machine is down so they can’t take card! like I can’t even sit here and say what the food taste like here because the service it’s just so subpar. I live right down the road from the Northside Drive location. I drive an extra 5 to 10 minutes to drive to this location because the service is 100x better. I see some of the reviews here don’t have the best comments about this place, but every time in person my experience has been nothing but great.

Extremely small cheap portion sizes. I'm a grown man and I don't understand how I can spend $15 and still be hungry. The scoops get smaller and smaller every time I go. I will pay you guys whatever you want, but I can't get double meat and guac and veggies and still have it be less than a meal...
