The Chipotle was by far the best one I've been toā¤ļøthe staff was very nice and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered my food on 10/13 so šŸ«¶šŸ¾šŸ«¶šŸ¾ for all that work that day.

I am downgrading their ratings. I got food poisoning from this place and was sick for days!!! Don't even try to come at me legally b/c I can back it up plus my wife as a witness. You'll lose and I need money!!!

When I saw the 3.6 rating, I was nervous... But for no reason! This steak bowl is perfect. Perfect ratio of everything, fast and friendly service. Whoever was on grill and on prep September 4th 2025... Give them a raise TODAY. This steak is so good, and the guac!? 10/10 isn't good enough. I have to type it out. Ten out of ten!

There's a reason for this store having a B grade. Food appearance was poor. The stations were dirty. The taste of the steak was bland. By far, this was the worse Chipotle experience I've ever had. I definitely will not return to this location.

Unfriendly, unorganized, over :30 minutes for a pick-up order while guests ordering at the counter were served somewhat faster. Trash on the floor in the kitchen area.

I get the same bowl every time and it is always delicious. BUT. This deliciousness relies on a crucial factor in the bowl. The guac. I have been going to this chipotle for years and it’s usually pretty gas, but on this particular day I was wronged. I’m getting my bowl and there is this very cute server and I’m like yay he looks like a young teenager who knows the pain of getting a small amount of guac. The fury in my eyes when he gave me a TABLESPOON of guac. That I am paying extra for. What the helly. Granted, today I was looking like a complete bum so I couldn’t use pretty privilege, but damn. That much? Really? Monster. Anyway, the guac output needs to be increased ESPECIALLY if I’m going to be charged extra. Please have every employee take a master course in guac scooping.

I don't come to this location often, but I feel the need to warn anyone who may see this before their visit today.
DON'T GET THE SWEET TEA.
Luckily, I'd not started drinking mine until I was home. I poured some into a glass with ice and noticed something black floating at the top. When I looked at the straw inserted in the lid I'd just removed, there was something black clinging to it, too. I shudder to think how long the tea canister had gone without cleaning to have black stuff floating in the contents like that. They'll see me tomorrow for my refund and the return of their sludge filled tea.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at the Chipotle location in (Toco Hills) N Druid Hills. I placed an online order totaling approximately $30, only to receive an entirely incorrect meal. Not a single item in my order was correct, rendering the entire purchase useless.

When I attempted to resolve the issue by speaking with the on-duty manager, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. The only offer of compensation was a drink—an offer that is both insulting and unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. To add further frustration, I was informed that no refund could be issued, despite the error being entirely on the restaurant’s part.

This level of customer service is beyond subpar. It is unacceptable for a national chain like Chipotle to not only refuse to correct its own errors, but to also fail to provide any real accountability or resolution. As a paying customer, I find this experience both disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I will no longer patronize Chipotle and will actively share my experience to warn others of the lack of customer care, accountability, and integrity displayed by your Druid Hills location. I trusted your brand with my time and money, and both were wasted.

I expect a response to this complaint and a full refund for the order. If this is not possible, I will escalate my concerns further through appropriate consumer channels.
