I ordered a chicken bowl, and unfortunately, the quality and taste of the chicken were terrible. Normally, I might give the benefit of the doubt, but not today (02-22-25). The chicken was undercooked and only half done.

This is the second time I've experienced this, but I could eat the food. The chicken has a rubbery texture. I'll be heading to the store in the morning. Why is the chicken being cooked halfway, resulting in this rubbery consistency?

Food is fine. Service is horrible. Waited half a hour past my order pick up time. The manager tried to blame it on a large catering order which isn’t really my problem. Had multiple people ignore my request on a status update on the order. I asked if I could have some chips while I wait. They said that would be an additional charge even though I had been waiting for half a hour. The food is standard Chipotle food. Nothing special. Go somewhere else for better service.

I came in to order takeout on my lunch break. I spoke and no one spoke back to me. There were three people on duty. They all just looked at each other. The server proceeds to ask what would I like. I ask how is she doing today. She says, “I’m fine”. I go to check out, I ask for a bag with a handle since I walked there on my lunch break. No response just gave me the bag. I felt the energy was off and negative. There was no smile and no enthusiasm shown. Also, my fajitas veggies were raw. So it through my whole taste of my bowl off. Not happy with my visit.

To begin with, they have to teach him how to wrap a burrito. The chicken was salty. The guacamole had no salt or lemon. The chips had no salt or lemon. They had no straws. Chipotle will never be what it was 20 years ago with these new generations. "Mexican" food is being denigrated more and more I hope they improve those points so that we can once again see the long lines that always used to be

Ordered a lunch delivery since my husband took my car to work while his is being repaired. Got a salad with chicken, fajitas, and cheese just for them to give me no salad dressing. So disappointing to have to eat a salad with no dressing 😢

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Chipotle. I contacted them multiple times—via phone and email—requesting a refund for $14 due to an issue with my order. Despite my repeated efforts, all I was offered was chips and salsa, which doesn’t address the problem. As a struggling college student, $14 is a significant amount, and I expected better customer service from a brand I’ve always been loyal to. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating, and I no longer feel valued as a customer.

I frequent this location alot and typically have a pleasant experience. Today I was met with a visible attitude because the young lady making my bowl but sour cream on my bowl when I asked for salsa. Mistakes happen, not a big deal, the response was my issue. I always get the variation of the same thing so was a bit frustrated by the response.

Wait time for take out is incredibly slow - faster to go through the line even if it’s already past your pickup time. And then our order was completely wrong.

Update: order wrong two weeks in a row. We have learned our lesson and will no longer order from this location.

I don't come here often because the service usually stinks but made the mistake of making an online order last night and my feelings were confirmed.

My pickup time was 7:20pm and I arrived right at that time. There were already 2 people waiting and multiple people in the walk-in line. The cashier asked me if I had a pick up order and I said yes and gave her my name, she walked in the back and came out saying it would be ready in a few minutes. Okay, I thought.

15 minutes later after patiently waiting and watching probably 15+ customers come through the walk-in line without any wait while the pick-up group grew, I peer into the back and see the one guy making all the online orders and 5-6 people handling the walk-ins. I also notice 3-4 bags of food sitting on the shelf in the kitchen so I ask the cashier if I can just go back and get the food, at which point she finally goes back and gets orders for the 4-5 of us who were there waiting.

All this and for my order of 2 salads, I got home and my bag had one container of salad dressing that was less than half full. And I made the mistake of putting a 15% tip on my order.

To add insult to injury, I complained through the chipotle order rating system and their response was to give me a complementary drink credit in my account to be used within the next 30 days...when my original order had no drinks, and I have zero desire to have a sugary soft drink in my life.

Clearly this location is already poorly rated so I have little hope that this review will make any difference but if I were you, I'd roll to the Willy's a mile down the road at Briarcliff because their service has always been on-point for me and the food is just as good or better
