I come to this chipotle often, the short girl that normally works up front always has an attitude and is rude not just to customers but I’ve noticed to her coworkers also. Aside from her, the rest of the experience is usually good!

My experience at this location was awful. It was raining outside, and I went inside to pick up my order. However, the lady said the only way she would hand me my order if I stood outside in the rain and picked it up from the pick up window outside.
The store was not busy, and the lady could have assisted me in giving me my order since I was already in the store instead of trying to make me go back outside and stand in the rain. I ended up just leaving with no order.
Then I tried to call the store to speak with a manager, and it was hard to get through. I did end up leaving feedback with their feedback team. But I’m writing a review here on Google too.

Lady was not friendly, rushed through my choices, I said extra and literally pinched a tiny extra. Stingy as heck. This is ridiculous how they are being cheap, considering how much it costs. Fountain machine down. Cashier Blount and not friendly. Terrible experience today.

Hated the walk but I needed the steps! Associates should be in full uniform and looking neat. No reason to look unprofessional at a Chipotle i could see if it's 3rd shift at the waffle house...

The absolute WORST chipotle location ever and so incredibly tasteless that you can tell they didn’t even bother using salt. You know it’s bad when no amount of hot sauce can fix it. So offensive that Chipotle can’t be bothered to guarantee quality and consistency at all locations. Eat at home tn folks!

Why list hours until 12:00am if you’re going to be completely closed at 11:50pm? This was a waste of gas and it raveled further because this was listed as an open location. Very disappointed.

My first time coming here and was disappointed. Everything was fresh and tasted so gd except the hot sauce was very dark dark red and put scabs in my mouth.I dnt knw if they used a different type of pepper for substitute or something but I've never ate from a Chipotle and this happened. I dnt knw if it's new sauce or something but I was about to go to the hospital and still should because my tongue is sensitive to everything now and cnt taste anything. I eat Wasabi pepper and pepper all the time and it doesn't do this I dnt knw wht tht is but alot of ppl probably will be complaining. I was surprised with the location tht everything should be up to par but as soon as I started eating it in the car my mouth stared burning and it still burns. It shouldn't burn your mouth like tht when consuming or eating anything. I pray to God a child or pregnant woman doesn't get a hold of tht. I just thought you guys should knw this to do what is necessary to change tht.
I don’t usually eat on this side of town, but I was hoping the quality at this Chipotle would be top tier. Unfortunately, it was lacking. I ordered a steak burrito, and the steak was so tough and dry that it crumbled as it was being put on my burrito. I even overheard the worker whisper to his coworker, “this is mad dry,” which wasn’t very reassuring—but I was craving it and hoped it would taste better than it looked.
When I finally bit into my burrito, the steak pieces were so hard it felt like I was swallowing little rocks. I don’t think I even got to chew them properly. Thankfully, the sour cream and pico helped soften things up a bit, but it still wasn’t enjoyable. I also got a side of vinaigrette, which was disappointing too—it was overly sweet, more like juice, when it should have had that tangy balance.
On the positive side, the restaurant itself was very clean and well-managed, so no complaints there. But overall, I was disappointed with my meal. I think the team should make more of an effort to enhance the quality of the food when they notice something is off, especially with something as central as the steak.

Ok. I am so confused. Why is the guac, OILY? Mind you, I ordered a burrito. A VEGGIE burrito! My whole bag was oily at the bottom. I only do beans, rice, quac, cheese, a little green salsa and veggies. WHY was it oily???? SMH. I'm so annoyed. and the quac had NO flavor on top of being so oily. I guess they are watering down the quac now. smdh
