I didn't really care for their lack of customer service.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle fan for years, but my recent experience at the Lenox Square Mall location was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual chicken bowl and got about half the chicken portion I’m used to. When I asked for a little more, I was told I’d have to pay an extra $3-4 just for the standard portion. On top of that, the employee serving the protein was incredibly rude. I greeted her with a simple “hi,” and she didn’t respond at all, making the interaction feel very cold. In contrast, the second employee who was serving the sauces and sour cream was friendly and greeted me back with a smile. It really highlighted the difference in customer service. This experience was a letdown, and I hope they make some improvements.

They have the worse customer service and they are dirty!! I literally watch a lady wipe up all the food off the counter then stuck her hand in the cheese and lettuce and looked at me crazy when I told her I didn’t want it anymore. New workers and needed immediately.

This is the only Chipotle I have ever been to that refuses to provide a cup of water. All others will provide you a cup and water from their fountain. They should change this policy to match all other Chipotle stores.

This Chipotle has terrible customer service. Employees are super nasty and very rude! To the point where I didn’t even feel comfortable spending my money there and changed my mind before paying.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service and portion sizes. I asked for more chicken after I watched the girl shake half of my portion off of the spoon. I said I come here a lot so I know thats wrong and the manager looked back at me and said “well I work here”….. I walked away. Dont need sad portions from nasty workers.

The worst customer service our of any place ive been to. Worst portions. Of rhat wasnt the only veggie option in the food court i would never go there. Terrible. Id think protein portions are cheap but check the veggie and bean portion. Barely filled the spoon.

Tasted horrible didn’t even taste like chipotle. The green salsa wasn’t even green took a few bites and just threw my whole bowl away everything was disgusting worst location ever
The quality, taste, and service of this location has gone beyond lowest standard. I recently ordered a bowl and they didn’t even care to tell me before starting to prepare my order, that they ran out of literally everything. So they just put rice, sofritas and sour cream in my bowl and packed it. How am I supposed to eat that. It was extremely disgusting and awful in taste. I had to put it in trash. Not just quality and service, but the taste is also below standard. But the price is same as any other chipotle, so no value for money. The people working here are very grumpy and they seem completely disinterested in serving. Never returning.
Vegetarian options: There is only 1 vegetarian option and that is Sofritas bowl or burrito
Parking: Open parking lot of the mall, which may get quite busy on weekends

Didn’t redeem my free queso because she put guacamole instead of queso. No receipt either. Rip off.

Great place to go if you want to argue about forks and napkins. Purchased a bowl and the lady on the cash register swore she put a fork in the bag…she didn’t. They pulled all the forks from the front so you have to get them from the cashier. I asked for one before I even moved from the register. It quickly was an issue. I had to empty my bag to prove she never gave me a fork or a napkin. Lol. Like come on now…location was also out of a ton of stuff. New management please. The reviews are calling for it. Get the bots out of the responses and add a true human to address the concerns…if you care. This is why Willy’s is better. Never had to argue about a fork or napkins there….
