The quality, taste, and service of this location has gone beyond lowest standard. I recently ordered a bowl and they didn’t even care to tell me before starting to prepare my order, that they ran out of literally everything. So they just put rice, sofritas and sour cream in my bowl and packed it. How am I supposed to eat that. It was extremely disgusting and awful in taste. I had to put it in trash. Not just quality and service, but the taste is also below standard. But the price is same as any other chipotle, so no value for money. The people working here are very grumpy and they seem completely disinterested in serving. Never returning.
Vegetarian options: There is only 1 vegetarian option and that is Sofritas bowl or burrito

Great place to go if you want to argue about forks and napkins. Purchased a bowl and the lady on the cash register swore she put a fork in the bag…she didn’t. They pulled all the forks from the front so you have to get them from the cashier. I asked for one before I even moved from the register. It quickly was an issue. I had to empty my bag to prove she never gave me a fork or a napkin. Lol. Like come on now…location was also out of a ton of stuff. New management please. The reviews are calling for it. Get the bots out of the responses and add a true human to address the concerns…if you care. This is why Willy’s is better. Never had to argue about a fork or napkins there….

Absolutely DROWNED my salad bowl in sour cream. Couldn’t eat it. Don’t go here. They’re all grumpy.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but this place is need of better management. My office is walking distance to the food court so I've gone here probably 15 times over the last year. I would say at least a third of the times I've gone, they are out of at least one meat at that time. (in that they don't have it cooked, or even cooking but you can wait 15 minutes for them to cook it.) It seems like they will completely run out of something before they start cooking it. The last three times I've gone, they have been out of the cooked onion and peppers every time and they were out of chicken one of those three times. Today they were out of the Brisket. They guy in front of me told me they had been out of brisket four consecutive times he has come to get. It is about a 5 minute walk to this location but because it is so unreliable in what you can get, I will get in my car and drive to a different location. I would note, I've never had an issue with the people that work there, they're usually pretty nice.

Got a bowl at the Chipotle in Lenox Mall. The guy filled it up to the brim at least! However, the chicken was burnt and flavorless, and the brown rice was crunchy as if it were the last bits (it wasn’t). They don’t have their hours posted, but they close later past 7pm. They gave our meals in a brown bag with napkins and utensils. Sauce bottles on the side were kinda sticky and not clean.
Very poor service & attitude from the employee named “Tae” who claimed to be a manager. I had a simple request that’s always honored at other locations along with this one that he immediately denied with no proper reasoning. Please do better.

I don't understand how this place stays open, and I don't understand why nobody from corporate cares! They never have all of the food prepared the rice is gummy the attitudes are so horribly laid back and unconcerned about giving good customer service.

First experience, and worst, at any restaurant. Out of several meats, both rice, cheese, tortillas, and several other things. One guy was taking doing his job serious while everyone else’s was cutting up watching the crumbs run out and the line pile up/ customers walk off. Will never recommend or be back.

Subject: Urgent Customer Service Issue at Chipotle Lenox Mall
I recently visited the Chipotle at Lenox Mall (3393 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30326) and had a very unpleasant experience. Upon opening my bowl, I discovered a hair in my food. When I went back to address the issue, the employee at the register responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Instead of apologizing, she insinuated the hair could be mine and claimed no one with black hair was serving.
I requested a refund, as I no longer wanted to eat there, but she refused and offered only to replace the bowl. She then rudely moved on to the next customer without addressing my concerns properly. This is not how customers should be treated when they have a legitimate complaint, and it’s especially disappointing as this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location.
I urge Chipotle to take this matter seriously and ensure no other customer has to go through such a disrespectful experience.
