If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!! Food was absolutely delightfully delicious! Service was impeccable! You MUST get the miso soup while looking over the menu and order the Wagyu dumplings for starters. So amazing! The lobster Toban was unbelievably good!! We also ordered the Hamachi Scallion Temaki and Jessica Albacore sushi rolls. We tried the creme brûlée avocado for “dessert”. 10/10 experience. Authentic, great quality Japanese and so worth the $$$!!!

We loved our experience dining at Chirori. It is by far, my favorite Japanese sushi restaurant in Atlanta. We went for our anniversary celebrations and decided to go for the Omakase experience for the first time and we absolutely loved it. Chef Jack guided us through each dish while also giving the background and motivation behind the dishes as well. I've never had fish like this in my entire life, there were so many varieties and variations in flavors. The servers are outstanding and they went above and beyond to care for us. An absolute must restaurant to try in Atlanta and we will 100% be coming back again.

My first ever sushi experience was with Chef Jackie at another location and have been going to him ever since. Setting the bar pretty high from the get go. Love that he has 2 locations now and brought on Chef Jack from Oku. I’ve tried so many other Omakase and always end up coming back to Chirori to makeup for previous experience. Chirori and the chefs always tries and make sure you do not leave hungry, especially when sitting at the sushi bar. They offer a smaller version of the omakase but we always get the full version at a much more affordable $160 compared to others in Atlanta. If you want more of a seafood, sushi and quality based omakase, this is the place. Others may offer a variety of different dishes/courses, they aren’t really sushi items. We’ve also done our own version and ordered off the menu to get all the pieces we love and this is also an option, but letting chef cater what is good and available has been a no brainer. We will always come back when craving quality and fresh sushi. Chef Jackie has introduced us to so many cuts of toro, Hokkaido uni and scallops, herring with roe, monk fish liver and even barracuda ?.Parking: Limited parking spaces in the shared lot behind the restaurant. Valet and normally parking in lot 50 yards down the road next to Spice House.

I went to Chirori for Omakase on Valentine’s Day. My partner and I were thrilled — we are foodies and sushi lovers. Pro tip: if you want to see the chef prep the sushi book the Sushi Bar on Resy…we had to learn this the hard way.I was highly disappointed in this experience. $130 per person for a 6 course “omakase” 2 courses of which were a miso soup and a scoop of green tea ice cream. I’ve had many fine dining experiences and this one was significantly overpriced with small portions. While the few pieces of sushi we had were good, it was in no way $130 worth per person. They didn’t even put in the effort to serve a real dessert. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. For this price, there are far better restaurants to patronize in Atlanta that won’t leave you upset and hungry after.

Now, let me just say that in the beginning we were super patient with wait times and such because things happen, especially in the chaos of Valentine's Day, and we really respect service workers. However, sadly, our experience was truly the worst dining experience we have ever had. Last night my boyfriend and I came in for omakase. To start, the servers forgot to seat us at our table, we know this because we were standing right next to it and the person who sat us apologized. Then we waited for a solid 20 minutes before anyone came even to bring us water - again, it happens, we’re patient people. The drinks finally came out, but our first course took quite some time. This was a pattern - now, of course, we know what we’re signing up for with omakase. It takes a little bit longer because it’s an experience, however, the wait between each course was far too long - this is further solidified by the fact that each course that was brought out was accompanied by an apology from the server. All of this we were willing to chalk up to a busy night and people doing their best, despite this being a $300 meal.We waited thirty minutes between courses then were hastily served dessert despite missing an entire course. At this point we were a little confused, albeit slightly annoyed - it was getting late and we're tired - but we were STILL ready to meet this mistake with understanding. This is where things take a turning point. The server then seems confused that we didn’t get our soup; in conversation with someone else, they are informed that they are out of soup. They then bring us the check and it's full price. We were expecting at a minimum for that course to be taken off. Now we ask to speak to their manager - this is a point of pride for me. I have never been this person and I hated every second of it.So here we are, an hour and a half into our meal, we've had pretty lame service all night, an entire course was missed and no one even bothered to apologize or inform us about it until we brought it up, and we’re looking at a steep bill. We explain what happened to the manager and mention that it just isn’t fair to charge us for 6 courses, when we only received 5. She then offers us more alcohol - at this point it’s 10:30 on a Wednesday night so we politely decline. We ask what else she can do and she pressures us to accept drinks again. I again, said no. She then offers to take the drinks we already purchased off our ticket - these totaled $12. I’m sorry, but $12 off a $300 fixed menu experience where you were missing an entire course just doesn’t seem fair to me. We communicate this and she calls her boss and returns to the table and offers us 20% off or the price of the soup. I asked her how much the soup cost and never mind the fact that it only cost $4 and they were looping that in a full course as part of a 6 course meal. Of course, we accept the 20% off, but this is after having this manager nickel and dime us over their own mistake. She wasn’t understanding and she pressured us to keep drinking. For us, this was not about missing soup. These things happen. It was the fact that she made our concerns seem like they were outlandish. It was obvious that she couldn’t have cared less about making it right. For a $300 meal with this type of service - obviously, we will never be back.

Went for the omakase lunch. Amazing experience, was definitely enough food for a lunch portion! The chef was personable and explained each piece. Each piece was a unique fish and flavor. Everything was fresh and SO delicious!!!The sushi bar only seats 10 so it is definitely a small, fun, personable atmosphere. Would recommend for the lunch omakase- especially at the price point! We will be back!

I frequently travel for work and ended up in ATL this week for a trade show. I found this restaurant just around the corner from my hotel and absolutely fell in love with it. I’ve now visited two nights in a row and I’ll most likely be back once more before I head home. The service is fantastic as well as the atmosphere. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and made sure I had a great experience. The sushi and nigiri are extremely fresh and better than anything I’ve ever had before. When I return to ATL again, this location is going to be the first place I visit.

We had a great experience at Chiori on a Friday night. We were able to get a last minute reservation in the dining room. The service, the vibe, and the food were 10/10. Get the Gindara and the Wagyu dumplings!
