If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. I ordered two items: the chicken gizzards and the snow chicken. The snow chicken came out completely wrong—just plain fried chicken with no snow sauce or onions, even though I paid extra for them. On top of that, my chicken gizzards never came out at all.

When I brought it up, the staff acted like I was the problem. They told me the gizzards didn’t come with the chicken—as if I didn’t know what I ordered. I clearly ordered two separate items! After a long, confusing back-and-forth using Google Translate because no one spoke English, they finally admitted the gizzards were accidentally placed in someone else’s bag.

Even after all that, they still refused to give me the sauce and onions that were supposed to come with the snow chicken. Unbelievable.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only one having issues. All the other customers in the restaurant looked frustrated and upset with their service too.

To the owner: FIRE these two employees. I came in on 7/14/25 at 11 PM and was served by a young Hispanic woman and man. Their attitude, lack of communication, and refusal to fix their mistakes completely ruined the experience. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received anywhere.

I have amazing memories of coming here after Friday night GT football games. I also look back fondly on spending time here late on weekends with friends. The fried chicken is amazing, albeit a bit pricey, but it is a wonderful treat.

The food here is fine but everything else is pretty terrible. None of the staff speaks any English and just point to the kiosk if you have a question. The menu isn’t even accurate to what they have. The boards, printed menus and kiosks do not align and no one can explain it so I guess trust the kiosk.
Simple orders for a single corn dog can take up to 20 minutes to come out so be prepared to wait a while.
The store and especially the bathroom are filthy. That bathroom is scarier than most port-a-potties.
Also all the businesses in this plaza seem content to let crazy homeless people camp out in front of their stores which is extra unpleasant.
I wouldn’t trust the authenticity either since not a single Korean person works here. If you want good Korean chicken just head 4 streets over to pelicanna.

Horrible experience. Fully convinced if they weren’t open so late every night this place would be shut down.

1. Overpriced food-tiny portions
2. Dirty restaurant-bathroom smelled like death and was infested with fleas
3. Poor customer service, no one speaks english and they ignore you when you ask for help and just point to the kiosk. Never coming back. $25 spent on garbage

I AM CONTACTING ICE IMMIGRATION, FILLING OUT THE FORM ONLINE AND SPEAKING WITH THEM!! I AM CONTACTING THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS WELL!!!THEY DO NOT NEED ANY STARS!! THEY ARE COOKING IN OLD GREASE AND TODAY THEY ARE SERVING A RANDOM CUT UP CHICKEN THIGH INSTEAD OF THE WINGS THAT I ORDERED!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I DID NOT WORK FOR WHAT YOU WANT TO SEND ME!! I WORK FOR WHAT I WANT! YOU ARE BLATANTLY DISGUSTINGLY DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT DESERVE AN ESTABLISHMENT HERE!!!!!

This place blew my mind! Idk how they did it, but not even 2 minutes after ordering and just getting to sit down, they called our order number. Thinking it was the drinks that were ready, I got up, but it was the FOOD! We ordered 30 wings (3 different kinds, 10 of each) and they came out before the drink! Say less, chicken was hot hot too. Sauces were great!
Great service, clean tables and overall area. Workers all need a raise. Kudos to everyone working there and keeping the ship in tip-top shape!
