Edit, I stupidly gave this place another try because the first time I ate here it was so good and it was awful, the rice was undercooked and hard, and they were out of marinated kale. Y’all get it together omg

I walked into this place and literally nobody acknowledged me and my husband. There was a girl with orange hair sweeping the floor and she never came to fix our food. Then someone with a nose or lip ring walked up and started making a to go order again without acknowledging us. This was the worst service I’ve received at a chopt. I visit the one in Roswell every week! I was in the area so I came by this one today! I will NEVER come to this chopt again. I hope the owner gets their employees in line because this was ridiculous! By the way. We just walked out we will not spend a dollar here. Ever

The staff here is horrible!!! We came in to order and the lady walked to the counter and did not acknowledge us like we were not standing there. Me and my wife love chopt but I do not recommend going to this location unless you want to give your money away to people who don’t want to be at work and represent the company horribly!!!

I ordered from DoorDash. The salad was inedible. I ordered the Cobb salad. It came with no toppings just rotten lettuce and a tiny tiny side of dressing. I will never order from here again, awful ?

I got here, place was empty only myself and the ladies seeing me there they were just talking to each other.. After some time one came to me.
I requested ginger Tahiti, she saying we don't have, wanting to get this story short..
I understand all these places are struggling to get people committed to their service.
