The manager Markus is always so helpful and very funny. I can’t recall a time we didn’t receive a really warm embrace from him!

Service was absolutely awful. Rude, no greeting and just ignored us for 5 minutes, mind you it’s almost completely empty when we got there, annoyed at us when he messed up the ingredients. Didn’t go down the line and then got frustrated when we wanted add ons. Mumbling and got pissed when we couldn’t understand. I’m not expecting top of the line service but I would prefer to not be made to feel like an inconvenience or an annoyance for walking into the restaurant. Ridiculous.

The ingredients taste like they have been frozen and then thawed. Perhaps that isn't the case, but that's how it tastes to me. E.g. I can make 10x better broccoli than they serve just by putting a steamer bag in the microwave. Some of their items also *sometimes* taste like they haven't been cooked, like the sweet potatoes. Sometimes when I ask for a medium amount of dressing (e.g. Caesar dressing) they smother the salad in it. I'd hate to guess what it would be like if I had asked for "heavy". Maybe it's a reflection of how workers make salads for themselves, where they drench their food in oils and sauces.

Still, I appreciate seeing a salad restaurant in that shopping center, which is why I rated it as 3 stars.

After a rigorous workout at the gym, my boo and I decided to treat ourselves to a healthy dinner at Chopt, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Joshua, whose professionalism and attentiveness set a positive tone for our visit. As the restaurant began to fill with patrons, it was impressive to see Joshua promptly call for assistance, demonstrating excellent team management. Marvelle, a member of the staff, responded immediately with a huge smile, which truly brightened the atmosphere.

In today's fast-paced world, it is rare to encounter such genuine kindness and proactive service. Marvelle’s cheerful demeanor and willingness to help made us feel valued as customers. The combination of Joshua's leadership and Marvelle's exceptional service made our dining experience at Chopt not just pleasant, but memorable.

Overall, Chopt on Piedmont exceeded our expectations in both food quality and customer service. It was indeed a breath of fresh air to be treated with such care and respect. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a healthy meal paired with outstanding service. We will certainly be returning!
