I've been to this coffee shop on and off for the better part of a year. My order is black drip, no cream. My most recent visit on a very chilly Sunday was pretty disappointing. The barista was fine, not very chatty, but it was busy so I get it. We got a small and large drip coffee. Once it cooled off enough to drink, we quickly realized that wouldn't be happening. The coffee was so burnt it might as well have been brewed inside a volcano. It confounds me that a coffee place can't even brew a simple cup of joe. From now on I'll take my money to Perc where I'll get a consistent cup.

Stopped here as we were walking past on a long walk.
The man serving us (Sam) was really friendly.
I got an iced latte which was really nice (and priced similarly for the area).
Plenty of tables (inside and out) and clean restroom.
Would definitely recommend!

This place stood out from everything I could find in downtown Atlanta as one of the few specialty roasters that has branded merch and also can speak to each coffee varietal. I was very impressed at the service I got at 7am from the barista who was very knowledgeable.

He recommended the Columbia Buesaco Natural and its one of the best coffees I've ever had for my pourover setup. I normally buy dark roast and that was compared to well done steak and Chrome Yellow favors light-medium, just delicious!

They had somereally bespoke merch. Got a cool Japanese ceramic mug.

I highly recommend Chrome Yellow for coffee lovers who appreciate whole bean, black coffee. Outstanding flavor and exceptional service level. Glad I stopped by, thanks!

Stopped here for the first time on a day trip to Atlanta. Great coffee & delicious cookie. They have lots of coffee beans, tote bags, merch & stationary as well. Overall a good place to grab coffee anytime you’re in the fourth ward.

Great coffee. Barista are knowledgeable. They offer single origin options for drip coffee as well as espresso. The coffee itself is roasted in house and has great flavor. The espresso I had was perfectly dialed in.

Really nice space, kind baristas, and love the vegan pastries on offer. The London fog is so good.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Atlanta, but don't tell anybody because I love how laid back it is with amazing service & top notch coffee, not to mention the great bakery items (which often sell out fast because they are so good).

Coffee was good, atmosphere is fine, staff is rude. Not friendly at all. Could not even be bothered to say hello to us. Just stared at us waiting for us to order. Probably not coming back.

Amazing iced latte drink. Did not even need to add any syrups to make it taste better, good as it was. Only coffee shop in the area that had a 12oz cup which was a plus. Wonderful customer service and quiet atmosphere.
