my daughter had her baby’s first birthday party here it was a waste of time and money first of all the table they gave her was so small u can’t even move around it was a lot of us we waited on the pizza it wasn’t even hot at all for 50 bucks there was not a lot of games. i picked this place because its in great neighborhood and thought it would be a lil better than the one by my house. well i was sooooooo wrong. if you wanna take you kids to chucky cheese go to norcross or conyers. this place is a waste of time . this is not it.

Went mid week to celebrate my baby’s 1st birthday and it wasn’t packed. Employees were friendly and helpful, pizza was delicious, Chuck E. came out and danced, took pictures and sang happy bday. It was such a pleasant experience! Bathroom was very clean!

Get place to go and let the kids have a lil fun inside. Great for those rainy, cold or extremely hot days. Very safe environment and great games for a good value. Now not to sure about the food though it’s a lil high tbh but we usually just go for the games. Can’t go wrong with a day out at Chucky cheese.

I signed up for membership back in Nov 2024 for my grand children since they live within 25 minutes of the location. I took them twice. As I realized my daughter wouldnt take them back, I called to try to get my membership in someone else's name that has children so I didnt waste the money but they told me I could not transfer membership to another person. I hated wasting the monthly membership cost $12 for a year when another child could enjoy it but they would not work with me, so unfortunately I had to let membership waste and play out for the full year. As it got October, I tried to log into my account but it said wrong password. I know it was correct because I created a phone contact for chuckecheese and I put last name as my password. It would tell me minimal 10 charcharacters upper, lower, number, special character. I was surprised because it accepted my 9 characters before, so I reset password. It ask for 8 minimal characters. Now wait! Why does it say 8 minimal in one place and 10 minimal in another? So I thought something was wrong with system and went into weekend. Its Nov 3 and I got notification that it was pulling funds. So I went to email & it has started me an automatic renewal year membership through November 2026 & was pulling fund. I had to call my bank & cancel my card because I could not get a person on the phone. Every number that exist for them is only for speaking to a person to schedule a party. You can speak to a person at each individual location but no management that will handle membership or give you a good number. All numbers lead you to voicemail and I havent gotten a call back. They were unwilling to work with me before so I know they won't work with me again. I tried canceling card before and it was adding fees and threatening turning into collections so what am I to do now?

We went to take the GrandPoobas! We always go when they first open. This will allow them to play every game if that’s their choice. Didn’t quite make it when the doors first opened but we made it early enough Clean Clean Clean- restrooms too Salad bar looked fresh and it was clean! All of the games (that we played) worked with ease. We did have a glitch in our membership & the nice tall guy that’s always there (with the face mask on) assisted us & we were in business. They have a lot of tv’s, and you will need to pay for the trampoline. Had a good time After a few hours, it was time to go!

So we celebrated my baby’s 2nd birthday party here on 10/4/25. We were the only party during this time slot. It took a few days for it to register that we didn’t have the full experience that I paid for in our mega package. Not only was my son missing things that he should’ve gotten as the birthday star, but they didn’t even sing nor celebrate my baby. I literally had to ask when Chuck E was coming out. By the time dude came out, we were literally about to clean up and leave. Called corporate and all they would do is take the info and send some passes. Then offered me $52 towards all I paid. Honestly, idk what would even be fair enough since my baby missed that experience that money couldn’t buy. He’s gone through a lot in his two years and I just wanted him to feel all the way celebrated AND GET MY MONEYS WORTH. The server was okay but I had to get our booster chairs since she didn’t. Management never came and checked on us. I was told the district manager would contact me but haven’t heard anything. Def nottttt a satisfied customer of this location and will not be returning here. Parents, PAY ATTENTION while you’re there and make sure your kid gets all that’s in your package. My baby didn’t receive a tote bag and a few other things I didn’t notice until this week. Shows my host wasn’t on it and now I literally and figuratively have to pay for it. Smh.

We waited for a hour to get a bucket of juice and I had to go fetch her for things we needed that was in my party package. I’ll go back to Fayetteville location next time.

We had a party here yesterday for 2 hours and everything was amazing! The assistant manager was incredible attentive, helpful, and made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly went above and beyond, and she deserves all the flowers for how well she took care of us. This location is always clean, friendly, and welcoming. Our guests enjoyed themselves, and the kids had a blast on the trampolines. We’ll definitely be back, but most importantly I want to recognize the assistant manager for making our experience stress-free and enjoyable!

We had the best time celebrating my nephew’s 5th birthday at this Chuck E Cheese!! Antoinette was our party attendant and she was so sweet and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We had such a great experience because of her and will be back and requesting her on our next visit!!! Her level of customer service is unmatched!
You really cannot beat the deal you get when you book a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. Make sure to request Antoinette as your party attendant!!!!
