Being new to the Atlanta .....It will rub anyone wrong. When you go in to get a mean for your family and staff is rude bc they decided to get a job they really didn't want to work at.... The customers did not higher you . You went in and got a job yourself there. Therefore in order to keep a food chain running you have to keep customers. In order to keep your job you obviously don't like . You have to stay open . Don't run your customers away bc you don't like your job. QUIT OR GET A BETTER ATTITUDE.

The web site sucks!.. why would you NOT show the prices in the menu.. how can you expect to sell your product if no one can tell how much anything costs…that’s stupid!

I was told the wait for chicken would be seven mins, I waited 20 mins. Food is horrible!!! The biscuit taste old and doesn’t look like their biscuits.

I get there at 10:45. The person running the drive thru makes me wait five minutes so she can talk. She is literally standing in the lobby talking to one of the other employees. She then tells me that they don't have coleslaw. They don't have peppers. The meal I ordered is supposed to come with peppers. They don't have the tops for the sides so they put the too big small soda lids. My sides are getting everywhere. It's a debacle. Should have just closed for the day. Mind you I came last week and they didn't have slaw.

On Tuesday 12/30/25 at approximately 8:30pm a friend and I went to Churches Chicken at 200 Cleveland Ave. Atlanta, Ga 30315. The place was filled with the unruly children of the cashiers. We place our order and sat down and watched as individual after individual come and go. I finally went up to ask about our food and as it turned out they had not even started cooking it. I asked for a refund and a woman who said that she was the manager (named Sheronda) informed me that she did not know how to give me a refund.
This was a terrible experience. The place was dirty, they did not have many of the items on they're menu, they're children were unruly, and the manager never even apologized.

I don’t usually take time to write reviews, but this experience needed to be addressed. This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing.
During my visit, I was served by a woman who appeared to be the manager. Her attitude and overall approach to customer service were completely unprofessional. The moment I began placing my order, her tone, body language, and lack of patience made the interaction uncomfortable. It’s as if customers aren’t allowed to ask a simple question without being met with frustration or hostility.
To make matters worse, the food itself was below standard. The chicken tenders were pale, dry, and had an odd taste almost as if the oil hadn’t been changed or the chicken wasn’t fresh. I reluctantly brought the food back to request a fresh batch, and instead of understanding or correcting the situation, she gave me a hard time. She even hesitated to replace the BBQ sauce that came with the new order, which made the entire exchange even more unpleasant.
What stood out most to me was the energy among the other employees. They seemed respectful, professional, and patient — yet it was obvious they were forced to work under poor leadership. That’s not fair to them or to paying customers who come in expecting basic courtesy and quality.
This situation should definitely be looked into. Leadership positions require composure, communication skills, and respect for the customer experience. None of that was demonstrated here. I hope upper management takes the time to correct this, because no one employee or customer should have to deal with that type of energy in the workplace.
