Only been here twice and both times I was rudely serviced. Today I go in and I o originally wanted a spicy chicken sandwich but the lady told me that they didn't have any more sandwiches so I asked what they had she said just chicken and tenders so I place my order for a three-piece tender meal after I've already paid for my order another customer walks in wanting a chicken sandwich and for some reason she decided to sell the other woman a chicken sandwich instead of me when she literally just told me out of her mouth that they don't have any sandwiches and had me pay for something that had been sitting out because they didn't want to make anything fresh. I don't understand why this place is still even open with all the rude service lack of communication and just a waste of my time and money.

Been sitting n the drive thru line for 20 mins before I even placed my order. Only reason I waited is bcuz there isn’t anything else right here. Total time here probably close to an hour if not more

I went to the drive through trying to order and may I say the service at the intercom is horrible. I wanted the #4 chicken tenders an I was told they don’t have none done I have to wait 10 minutes for it if I want it so then I say give me a number two with rice she responds “we out” so then I ask for okra instead and she proceeds to tell me 50 cent mo for that. I looked at the menu in disgust because why charge extra if you are out of product that’s not my fault. I then ask is the manager around a she responds low I am the manager. I waited for 15 minutes in the line with only two cars infront of me and decided to leave. They need to understand if you do not like your job quit and if you enjoy where you work act like it because without customers you will not make a pay check there. I will never return to this location it’s not the same and the service is piss poor.

I went in and made a purchase for 21 dollars as soon as I got out of the parking lot my bank sent me a message saying a transaction of 780 dollars was made. I wouldn’t use a card at this
