Took a long time to answer the speaker if they answered it at all to be honest and the attitude was just not on point Yeah people don't ruin the brand it's been here for decades Just do what you're told to do and supposed to do and you wouldn't get bad reviews like this now corporate has to look into it and that messes with the numbers

Went here today 10/18/25 Time 12:30pm My chicken was old, the French fries and okra was cold and this place is nasty, they told me I couldn’t get a refund food all on the floor, and they picked it up and served the food to someone else.

The staff needs retraining the lady in drive thru was very rude and also the young lady in front working the front counter I was 3cent short and was told to go and get it... I came back with a quarter and was told I can't get my change back

The whole store is a MESS. The whole crew and even the store manager smokes, they seem to have bad representation because smoking in the front ANDD in the back by the drive-thru is not a good look for a Food Company. Also on top of that the people that came in after they took my order from outside didn’t even wash hands before making food, first time there NEVER AGAIN.

Food was missing from my bag and incorrect order was given I just left this location 5 minutes ago and they made me wait in the parking lot ten minutes for chicken tenders then when I get ny food I Don’t have tenders I don’t have sides jusy chicken and drink and cold sandwich the young man that is representing his self as a young lady in the window needs to be fired, bad attitude and failed to make sure he put the right food in the bag after making me park and had a nasty attitude and demeanor whike taking my order

The food itself has never changed and the chicken is good and hot, but my fries were cold and hard, and no bread 🍞. So never the less I was not completely satisfied 😞. I guess I need to go in to get a complete hot meal. The young man who waited on me was nice and told me to come back and see them. Yes I will be back, just come in next time.
