I went a Saturday nighy. The servers were nice and attentive. The atmosphere was great, and it wasn't loud. The upstairs is great for big groups , it has their personal bathrooms! Chips and salsa was good. I ordered a Mexico DF burger because the tacos were overpriced. The burger was okay.

Walked into the restaurant at 6PM on a Saturday. Nowhere near closing time. We walked in and saw the host leave the front kiosk to go fold silverware in napkins. Then watched 2 waitresses walk past us to go chit chat to the bartender. Waited as the host folded over a dozen napkins then walked to the back. We walked out.We were chased and asked if we wanted to be seated. Not after waiting over 8 minutes for any sort of recognition.No wonder the place was empty.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We love coming here for the happy hour specials! The food is always amazing and we have never had any complaints about any of the entrées that we have ordered. However, the chips from this particular location are arguably the worst tortilla chips that I have had at a Mexican restaurant. They taste like burnt oil cardboard with zero salt and a chemically overcooked flavor. This is a public outcry begging whoever is making the chips at this location to please reevaluate what you are doing we want to come back but we need good chips. Thank you.Ps, the salsa is good though.

I usually come here on break for lunch and Bianca and Latoya add to the atmosphere. They are really attentive and very helpful. Even when they have a lunch rush you cannot even tell. My experience would be lacking if they weren't at the bar serving drinks. They get the vibes right.
LaToya and Bianca they're simply the best! I'm just so please with the customer service and hospitality they render; it's been very outstanding. I hope Cinco s continue to make progress but it's not possible without these people thanks ?

Was at the mall and decided to stop for lunch. I asked our server if their sangrias were available in white, and the answer I received was basically that he didn't know but from his experience at other restaurants it's only made in red. He didn't bother checking. I ordered a margarita. It was blah. Nothing special. Food was good.

The food is very good. Logan the manager has very bad customer service. Oh, he could care less. A I don't give a F to complaints. Ok so let's get to it. I was released from the hospital so I decided I wanted to come eat at the restaurant because I really like the food a lot. I called and told them that I was released from the hospital and that I wanted to make a order over the phone and pick it up at curve and they will bring it out to me. Of course they did oblige they did bring out the food But when the food came out, my order was wrong I did not have a salad and I did not have a fork. I did not have sour cream, so they corrected that. Brought it out to me when I got home my enchilada was not beef. It was all chicken I called back. Spoke to Logan ask him for my sister Could Come and pick up another order. He told me that he was not able to do that without the plate I'm like well I can't drive because I just got out of the hospital. You pretty much saw me in a passenger seat. He did not care. He kept talking all over me so I decided that I will go ahead and call the manager and leave it be And not make myself even more sick so I will go back there and eat but I definitely would try to choose another restaurant that's just for me.! Logan told me while he was speaking all over me that he was going to send me to his boss and that I would contact him by email so I did let's see what happens I'll be back. Oh yeah, I even told Logan that I was going to write a yelp review on his customer service. He was like do whatever you have to do, ma'am what a joke.

Logan's taken care of me every time I gone and I absolutely love the experience. Cass has been my bartender and she really can make some good drinks, I've had Kendall and Maurisha as well they are really friendly and good service but still prefer to get Logan. I've also gone on days Bianca and Latoya are there and they are really funny and really nice they are quick to getting my things and honestly just really vibe with their energy They have happy hour too so they make it worth coming.TIP YOUR SERVERS AND BARTENDERS.... I've noticed a lot of them are running around and sometimes I hear that they get stifffed

Visited Cinco for the first time today. I lived in California for quite some time. So I feel that I have a true measure for Mexican food. The food was okay. The saving grace was the exceptional service! Fast and friendly service that makes up for it all!
