I had a sweet tooth and the original cinnamon roll hit the spot. Cinnabon never misses.

Can't believe i paid $6 for this. I thought a Cinnabon was supposed to just about fit the box. This was worth $3 max with inflation

Wanted a four pack and I wanted them from the fresh ones that were on the counter and was told if I got those instead of the ones that were already packed that I would have to pay more for them. Their attitudes are disgusting do better.

Your employees had very nasty attitudes, and I spent good money when I was there. Valeria was the cashier and I think the older lady was Angela. I understand that it was Sunday and getting ready to close but no need to be disrespectful to customers. Will never go there again and I was visiting from out of town.

I ordered three of the classic Cinnabons and as I was paying my sister noticed the specials sign. It stated on Friday if you buy two classics the third is free. I asked the woman did I receive the third one free she seemed agitated and rudely replied that I would have to ask for the special ahead of time to receive it. Like what how does that even make sense. Obviously we’re unaware that they even did daily specials, it would’ve made sense to just automatically apply the deal to anyone placing an order that matches said special. She didn’t want to give me the special for whatever reason. So disgusted with the customer service and food.

So I ordered a churro took about 5 steps before I took one bite and realized it was as stale as a loveless marriage. So I turned around walked back to the counter to tell the workers that it’s was like exceptionally stale and the response was did you ask to heat it up! I said no I didn’t know that was an option. The shift leader I assume was like yeah if you don’t heat em up they taste like that and I’m thinking like hmmm… maybe when someone orders one you should heat it for them or at least offer it ??? But nah I should have known I guess. So I try to give the girl my churro back and she asks for my paper that I threw out even though there was a stack of them in front of her. The guy goes just let him have another one and she put it in the microwave for like 20secs and hands it back. At this point I’m like ok maybe it’s better took one more bite and what you know stale I threw it out because at that moment wasting 4 $ for a stale churro was a better choice then eating it

The worst experience I’ve had with your company happened recently when my son-in-law, grandchildren, and I visited this location to buy cinnamon rolls. We saw 15 mini rolls on display and wanted to purchase all of them. However, the two employees working there told us they couldn’t sell them to us. I don’t understand why this happened. It’s really disappointing to see workers who seem not to care about their customers.

Let me begin by saying that this was probably my fourth trip to a Cinnabon ever. I was in Cumberland Mall on July 2nd because of an Apple Store appointment. To kill time, I decided to walk upstairs. The aroma from the Cinnabon seemed to fill the entire food court. Knowing that my husband loves them, I decided to stop by. Wrong move. After waiting and then approaching the Cashier (no name tag), I waited for the cue to provide my order. The cashier (black female with braids and nails about 5 inches long) just stared at me. I asked if she was ready to accept my order and her response was "Mm hm." Needless to say, I am now annoyed after not having been greeted or asked for my order - the way it usually works. My order was then taken. I will say she repeated the order back to me to ensure accuracy. I validated the order and waited for the signal to provide payment. Nothing happened. She stood there and looked at me - again. Again, I had to ask if she was waiting for me and she replied with "yeah." Trying to keep my composure, I advised that I had no way of knowing that she was ready for me to pay. She had not communicated my total. There was no direction given for payment. I was not asked if it was cash or card. There was NOTHING on the screen or keypad. "What in all of the heck????" She then proceeded to tell me the price of my order and that I can insert my card, assuming I wasn't paying with cash. It was only after taking my payment, I was advised there would be a ten minute wait. No problem, I said to myself. At least the food will be fresh and that would help to improve this debacle. Once the cinnabons came out, the comedy began. She tried to her best to use the tongs to pick up two cinnabon's I'd ordered. Because she didn't want to damage her nails (hence - no gloves) she barely squeezed the tongs to pick up the cinnabons. They broke when she lifted them and 1/3 of them were left in the pan. What is even more comical here is that when I asked her to simply top my buns with the pieces remaining in the pan - she got an attitude as if I was taking food from her. Ultimately the additional pieces were added to each box respectively. I have never experienced such ineptness, lack of profressionalism, lack of courtesy, and inadequacy from a place where customer service is paramount. While I am not aware of her name, I can only tell you she was a beautiful young woman but her demeanor painted a picture otherwise. I trust that if this review is ever read, management will take the time to implement some serious coaching and (re)training. I am but one individual but I will not be returning.Cinnabon BakeryCumberland Mall, Store #2897/2/23 4:07pmStation - POSTOrder #144348283
