I want to first start by saying the cinnamon rolls are amazing. This is my first time at this location and I was taken back by the level of disrespect that was shown by the lady behind the counter, not to mention the store itself felt dark and uninviting. I wont go into detail about everything that was negative about this experience, but I do want to mention that the cashier with the face piercings will cause this place to lose a lot of business because of her horrible attitude! I watched her disrespect a woman and her kids and then turned around and was disrespectful to me as well. The Dunwoody location is a much better option for the overall customer service and the atmosphere. I hope this review reaches the owner or a general manager because she will be the downfall of your location if this is who you choose to run it. Please get yourself a work from home job if you cant deal with customers.

Haven't been here in years! But we stopped in for a late snack. The service was slow. REALLY slow. It was clean inside. The ambiance was bright and the music was going for vibes. The cinnabon's were good, but I can definitely tell the difference lol. a little too sweet for my liking but over I would recommend tryouts if you haven't. 3.2/5 overall

I hate that this place is available on UberEats and DoorDash since they do not clearly advertise themselves on those platforms as vegan. Every time I’ve had it (2x), it’s been a mistake. I never crave vegan cookie dough. Wtf.

The cinnamon rolls at Cinnaholic were fresh, but honestly, they were just way too sweet—sweeter than Cinnabon’s rolls. The guy working there was nice, but overall, the cinnamon rolls weren’t the best in my personal opinion. But to each their own, so if I were you I’d give it a try!
