I went in with my sister and we were greeted by friendly staff. We took a while to figure out what we wanted but the clerks answered all of our questions & we finally made a decision. I had a BYO roll with strawberries and cheesecake frosting, a brownie, and my sister got a s'mores roll. Our order was completed quickly and we were on our way. My gut told me to check the bag but I figured things were ok because it was a small order and this is what they do. A few hours later, I was ready for my dessert so I went to grab my roll. I opened it and there was nothing on it --all bread. I was so disappointed. I paid for toppings that I didn't receive. It wasn't the end of the world but it was a bummer. I was going to go to the grocery store to buy strawberries but it was after 11pm so nothing was open. I saved the roll to eat the next day but it won't be as fresh and I had to buy my own toppings. Mistakes happen and the staff was amszing. I'll just be certain to check the bag before I leave.

I really hate to post bad reviews unless the experience is just egregious. The owner, I believe, was plain old nasty to the customer ahead of me. In such a great location, I would expect so much better. Rolls were mid and price felt not on par with the quality. Only bright spot was the customer service who switched out before me. Ari, I think, was very professional and helpful. Will not return. You can get better from Pillsbury.

janine was so rude and nasty. she also had a very disturbing odor. she lied about how the bathroom pin worked and made me place my order before giving the code saying my order would “generate the bathroom code”…. interesting

The fact that they are pulling off premium cinnamon rolls that taste like a normal cinnamon roll, but it’s actually vegan. I thought only certain items were vegan, but it appears that everything in the store is vegan. That’s incredible. I was pleasantly surprised and it took away some of my guilty pleasures because I ordered four cinnamon rolls because you know I have to try the variety. They also have cookies, brownies, soft serve, and a cinnamon roll sheet cake. The cinnamon rolls are the star of the show and you can build them however you like or pick from some popular options. I think the popular options help you understand how to build your own. Pick one of the familiars and build your own like I did. Reading the ingredients on the small cakes- they are correct in that they are vegan but they do have a lot of things in them You can’t pronounce that are probably not the best for you. They didn’t say they use only good ingredients or only a few ingredients, they are vegan and these desserts definitely count as 100% vegan….
Customer service is great, the store smells great, looks very clean and professional. Everything is legit about this place and it’s in a great location. Plenty of parking in the rear and you can enter through the rear or front. Well lit for safety and there’s parking lot security. I’ll definitely be telling everyone about this place and I’ll stop by again.
The peach cobbler cinnamon roll is my favorite, I switched the cream cheese icing for crème brûlée, and it was perfect. The strawberry with graham cracker was decent, the chocolate chip banana bread was decent, the pumpkin bread was decent, the lemon berry coffee cake was decent , but the cinnamon rolls were the star and the peach cobbler was my favorite. Nice big cinnamon roll at a great price. I do think it depends on which one you get on the review you give because if I would’ve just gotten the strawberry Graham, then I might’ve given them a four star but because I got the peach cobbler and I loved it I gave them a five along with great service/good business idea and clean restaurant

Stopped by Cinnaholic and the staff was genuinely very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the cinnamon roll itself didn’t really hit. The cream cheese frosting was reheated on top of the roll and turned into more of a slurry than a frosting, and once warmed it smelled a little funky and slightly sour.
Honestly, the frosting shouldn’t be reheated with the roll. Warming the cinnamon roll first and adding the frosting after would work much better—the heat alone would melt it perfectly.
That said, the strawberry shortcake and peach cobbler ones we ordered looked really good and were the most appealing visually.

This is a great place, employees are awesome, the treats are amazing! However, we are very upset about this location's packaging. We received the cinnamon buns in styrofoam packaging, which is the most toxic and the worst container you can put food in, especially when it's warm or hot. All of our cinnamon buns had styrofoam melt into our food. Is this something corporate office of Cinnaholic approved? If yes, why go through all the trouble to make your product amazing and put it in cheap packaging that is not good for your customers health. We always choose here because the treats are unique and good, but you have to do better with the packaging, it cheapify's your finished product 👎. This must change before we ever eat here again.

Average. Tastes ok, but nothing I’d go back for. The entire roll had a strong dough and margarine taste. All the reviews that are saying it’s equal or even better than Cinnabon are straight up lying 😂

This was our first visit to this bakery. While I was placing an order at the register, my partner asked to use the restroom. The staff member preparing the cinnamon rolls said we needed to make a purchase before receiving the restroom code, explaining that each customer gets a code after checkout. She then whispered something to the cashier, who quietly let us know that what she said wasn’t accurate and kindly provided the code.
When I asked her to clarify why she hadn’t simply shared the code, she ignored the question. Her name appeared to be Ganeen (spelling may be incorrect). It’s disappointing to be told misinformation while actively making a purchase—it’s simply not good customer service.
