I have been here plenty of times, and love the rolls. But yesterday when I went, I stood in line for about ten minutes, but left because the cashier was casually talking to a customer about everyday life, while me and another customer was waiting to order. So eventually I asked her was taking orders or talking? She finally took the lady in front of me order, started to make it, and just stopped making it, and resumed her conversation with the same man. The lady in front of me said they had been talking for a while, but she was trying to be patient. I’ve been here plenty of times and do not like the level of unprofessionalism this lady has. She has gotten smart with me and my niece plenty of times.

Was greeted upon entry, the evening staff gave a quick intro and seemed genuinely nice & happy to be there. I traveled from Texas and was shocked to learn this place had conscious ingredients. I needed to go and it was 1000% worth it. Dee dang licous y'all. I even kept one of the rolls to go and ate it 36 hours later, and it was still sooo good after a quick reheat. I will stop at every Cinnaholic I see. Please come to Austin.

I had a very terrible experience at this Cinnaholic. I got the vanilla cinnamon roll, which I always do, and it had balls of some type of substance in it throughout the icing, that looked like soy wax balls. So, I went back in for an exchange for a different icing flavor on a new roll. I’ve always gone to a different Cinnaholic, so I know that’s not how it usually is. The cashier that they have working at this location had an incredibly poor attitude. She stated her name was Kamaria, don’t know if that’s true. Terrible tone, snapping her neck at me as she was talking. Absolutely poor customer service. They definitely need someone there who isn’t quick to have an attitude. It became a whole situation, because the quality was poor, and wanted to change the flavor, in the hopes that that was just a bad batch. She should be fired, truly and honestly. Or placed in the back or something, because that was ridiculous. And the worst thing is that they didn’t care that the quality was obviously poor in that batch. So if they used that to make all of their icing for the day, they needed to check the quality in the rest of their supply, and redo it if it was poor quality. It’s truly a shame, that they were going to continue to serve that poor quality icing to other customers for the rest of the day. Terrible quality control. Unfortunate enough that I tasted the icing while I was in my car, but many people are gonna go home and taste that and see that that’s not what they paid for, and they just did not have a care in the world, Which is unfortunate.

Came through for a delivery and met the owner super sweet and the menu looks wow… a must try
We met the owner and she was so lovely and has made such a wonderful establishment ☺️ And the rolls we got were SO good. As decadent as you would expect and just the perfect dessert to enjoy again for breakfast the next day.

Cinnamon Rolls So Good It Feels “Illegal”
Listen… Cinnaholic is not your average cinnamon bun shop. This place is in a league of its own—soft, gooey, warm, and decked out like your sweetest dreams came to life in frosting form.
The moment you walk in, the smell alone makes you weak. And the flavors? Next-level indulgence. These aren’t your basic mall-court cinnamon rolls—they’re fully customizable masterpieces. From cookie dough to fresh fruit to straight-up dessert madness, there’s something for every craving.
Now let’s talk about that icing. I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re using, but it’s dangerously addictive. Like, “they must’ve put crack in it” addictive. (Not really—but your taste buds might file a missing persons report when it’s gone.)
I’ve found myself driving out of the way just for these rolls. Worth. Every. Mile.
If you’re looking for a sweet fix that feels like a full-blown experience, Cinnaholic is your new obsession. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

So glad I found this place. I've told so many people about you all. This is the only location I've been to and it's got a sweet little vibe and buzz. And the cinnamon rolls especially the blueberry pie are to die for and I always do my happy dance knowing I'm about to devour one!!! Definitely recommend!!💜🪷💜

Absolutely amazing!! They’re cinnamon rolls but vegan and on steroids!! I love this place. It had a cute little sitting area. There is a bathroom located in the premises. And the customer service is superb!!! Friendly AND helpful every single time. It’s the consistency for me!!
Thanks so much for the hospitality and a great vegan treat. 💜
