The food was amazing as always. They have a new menu so some of the entrees I went there for is no longer available. At the end we requested our check but of course they don’t print it out they bring those little tablet and act as if they can’t show you your tab because they are hiding they already added the 18% gratuity charge (party of 2) and wnt you to give them an additional tip. I feel like that’s being dishonest and chistey.Parking: Parking starts at $5 and up depends on the day you go.

I will stick with there other location where the services is alot better, our server for the night was great she gets 5 stars, but the guy serving the snow crabs around with the attitude he needs to be either retrained on customer service or let go, got in about 7:45 waters brought to us with in 10 mins of sitting us, it took our first round of snow crabs to come out about 8:20, we literally seat and watch the table beside us get refills on top of refills maybe 2 or 3 at a time, however when it came to our table we was not shown the same level of customer service they did, again this is the gentleman that was servings the crabs, due to his leak of poor customer service he missed out on a $30 tip cash on top of the tip we already had to pay.

I really enjoyed myself here at Cirque, I’ve been here before the remodel and I love the renovations. Darrius at the bar was amazing, thank you for the excellent service also there was no wait time on the crab legs which added to the experience as well. Come see them yall!

I attended and went to the bar. The place is beautiful! Ordered chicken wings and Mac n' cheese, and a Daiquiri. The Daiquiris are on point and probably what keeps the place afloat. The wings were undercooked, but management fixed the problem and prepared another order, which was appreciated. The wings had so much salt on them, it overcame what other spices they combined with it. The Mac n' cheese was definitely heated in a microwave with some fresh cheese on top. It tasted okay, but definitely not a fresh order. The bartender was talking on her ear phone, so I didn't know if she was talking to me or whoever was on the phone. Definitely need to hire attentive and welcoming staff to be your bartenders. The atmosphere is wonderful and the music is on point, but my experience was just okay.

THE FOOD WAS AWESOME!! THE SERVER WAS VERY GOOD WITH THE PARTY OF 9 PEOPLE. THE ATOMSPHERE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, THERE WAS NOTHING FABULOUS ABOUT THE PLACE. THE DRINKS NEED SOME WORK. I’ve been in Atlanta for sometime now and I have grown accustomed to the bare minimum when it comes to service. However I haven’t had a server this horrible in a very long time. Our server Christalin S watched us come into the restaurant and be seated in her section then literally took a good 15 min to greet us. Once she greeted us and took our order we watched her sit on her phone and holding conversations with other staff members while our bar drink sat getting watered down. We ordered the all you can eat crab legs. Which were good and came out hot but the problem was she would bring one cluster and we would be sitting for 20 once we were done eating them before we would have to wavy down someone other then our server to bring some more. Then they started bring them out by the bucket but they would still only let you get one cluster. By this time our server was nowhere to be found. We were sucking on ice due to no refills on our drinks. At the end when it was time to pay our bill I hit no tip because I was going to leave cash only to see 18% added to my check when I asked for the receipt. They don’t inform you that they auto grat everybody’s check. They’re trying to get over on the customer by having them double tip. So you have to pay to park, receive horrible service, and still tip an amount the server didn’t deserve. Noted! I will not be returning to this establishment.

Arrived at the place at 12:25 and the lady in the parking lot said $5 to park I advised her I had $4 in bills and $1 in quarters because I normally don’t carry cash and we were visiting from out of town she refused to take the money because they don’t take change I then asked if I could go in and bring her the last bill after 15 min of explaining why she couldn’t take the $1 in quarters and how she was best friend with the owner she said just bring it out when you leave but the kitchen closes in 10’min!! A waste of time and I’m sure her nasty attitude is why the place is empty

I’ve been a customer for quite sometime and I must say I really enjoy the food and atmosphere! I love that this place is now focusing on soul food! There’s not a ton of good soul food spot in Atl.. I ordered fish and grits and Mac and cheese !! Soo good I didn’t like the yams tho but they kindly removed it off my check ! Drinks are sooo good
