This place is open with new ownership. A friend and I went here for lunch one day. The dining area was not much changed from previous ownership. Still pretty dumpy. Ordered a small chicken fried rice and it was awful. The vegetables were fresh but the chicken was not chicken but rather an odd textured protein that was either chicken fat, pork fat or something else I could not discern. Definitely NOT chicken meat. No wok hei either which is what makes good fried rice. Also the menu was an odd mish mash of stuff like wings, cheesesteaks and egg rolls. Just pick one cuisine. This place is sadly a lousier version of Skinny's down the road. Lastly the fountain beverage dispenser has placarded "no free refills" you must pay again later for refills. That alone would make me not come back. Won't be back.

Under new management and have ordered here 5 times - each time consistently delicious. Food that is traditionally spicy is spicy, appetizers are not cheap and frozen items, and portion size is huge. Never eaten in so cannot speak to that, I’m sure if they did an update outside and inside it would draw more attention. But don’t let the visuals deter you, this food is amazing. Craving it again tonight!

The Orange Chicken was the BOMB!! Refresh of the interior but the exterior needs some work, parking lot needs repaving and weeds are out of control. Will still eat here though.

I ordered wings and fried rice from this "restaurant" on a Sunday morning from UberEats. The rice was old and tasteless. The wings were severely undercooked. Thank God I pulled them apart before I ate them. How do you serve this garbage? Thank goodness Uber Eats handled everything!

I heard they have new owners which is great ! The lady behind the counter is very nice and helps you go through the menu if you indecisive . The food is very good ! I went for lunch got the shrimp lo mein lunch special which comes with fried rice and egg roll. The crab Rangoon’s are delicious . Only thing I’ll recommend is some type of music so it won’t be too quiet while dining in and also not be too stingy with the napkin serving lol like I asked for napkins and was given only two lol. One for each person.

Heard through theGrapevine that City Garden had new owners…hadn’t eaten there in years due to quality. I walked in and ordered 5-10mins max wait. Sweet Lady behind the counter was super nice. I ordered General Tso’s chicken with fried rice. Definitely 100% better than the few times before many years ago. Would definitely recommend.
