Clay’s has always been my go to, but after speaking to some female associate on the phone I lost all respect. We understand that it’s close to closing time, but it’s doesn’t give anyone the chance to talk rude and try to get them off the phone. Do better with your associates Clays’s.

Wow, the wings are amazing! The onion rings Amazing! I have seen other people's plates and already have my mind set on the next thing. Waiters are not the most friendly, the spot is not big, but get past that and enjoy the hand foods!
Let me preface, this review is directed entirely at the owner. Not at the food, or other staff.
I've been going to Clay's for 4 years since I moved here, and have recommended others to come as well. Tonight, I called and spoke with a lady over the phone to place a pick-up order. She told me it would be an hour, and I said that would be fine. After discussing that with the other's in my group, we decided to get food somewhere else. I called back, less than 3 minutes after I got done speaking initially, and this is when I spoke to a man (Restaurant Owner) and told him I'd like to cancel that order before they waste any food. He asked how long the lady I originally spoke to said it would be, and then told me, that's wrong, it won't take more than 30 minutes.
At this point, I was a little concerned, but opted to trust him. I then show up, 30 minutes later, and speak to the owner, telling him my name. He goes to the kitchen to "check on it" and I do not see him again. I stand there for 20 minutes until the lady (original ones I spoke to) brings me my food. She says "should be free for how long you waited" and I told her what happened when I spoke with him. She told me, unfortunately, he's the owner and does that sometimes. A blatant lie to prevent people from cancelling their order and him losing out on business.
I get home after a 15 minute drive, to realize I'm missing a side of food. I call back, and the owner picks up. I tell him I do not want to come back tonight, and ask for a refund and give him the information on the order. He tells me their system does not allow refunds, but I can come back in. At this point, after the initial lie, I do not believe him, and it seems he's just out to protect his bottom dollar. I told him about him lying to me about the time, and he simply says, "if you'd like to come pick up your fries, you can".
Unfortunately, like I said, I've had nothing but good experiences, better food, and great things to say about this place to my friends for 4 years, but after this occurrence with the owner of the business, I can't continue to support him.

If wings are your thing, then Clay's is it when it comes to wings! We've been going to Clay's for well over 20 years and have never been disappointed!
In addition, they make great salads for those that need to feel as if they're eating a balanced meal and getting a little green in their diet. I personally recommend the chicken Ceasar salad!
All their flavors are wonderful! We typically get lemon pepper and garlic parm with extra garlic sauce, and all of them extra crispy!
The staff has always been great, but the wings are exceptional! Give Clay's a try. You will not be disappointed!
Parking: Sometimes parking can be a little tricky, being that Clay's is in a very busy shopping strip with a number of other businesses; however, we've always found parking!

Every time we go here, we walk away saying how great it is and such a deal.
I have been going to Clay's since I was in Middle School, now I am in my 40s and still bring the family almost weekly!! The food and ownership have always stayed the same, which is so hard to find these days, and the staff is awesome!! We will continue to frequent Clay's regularly as do so many other families that we see there regularly as well. Thanks Clay's!!

Lemonyaki is a must try. Be aware there are limited TVs and seating during busy hours due to the size of the restaurant
