CraveWell Juicery & Cafe Westside Village

Today was my first time eating here . I have door dashed food from this location various times so I thought why not . They are extremely high !!! I paid $ 27 for a salad and a strawberry mojo and they charge $2.50 for ice !! You would think that would come with your drink ! I brushed off the price because eating clean costs more but honestly the salad I had I could have gotten an already made salad in the cold section from Publix or just got a salad made from Publix for cheaper and fulfilling . The juice was Okay but charging someone $2.50 for ice is CRAZY ASF . Because I was not full after eating the small fake salad I went next door to westside pizza and got a veggie pizza ??‍♀️

The service SUCKS !! Not very welcoming and seem like they hate their job . I was trying to ask the young lady about my salad but she was very much standoffish ??‍♀️. I’m not saying you half to start a conversation but atleast be service friendly .

Extremely good. Very fresh. A bit pricy but the food is heaping. They have fresh smoothies, wraps, and more..... They have dog treats also.

This is a super cute place in close proximity to my home and a great menu. However, during my first in person visit today the place was swarming with flies. Foods items were uncovered and I watched flies land on them. I asked the young lady working if she was aware and she stated that it was because the doors were open. She explained that they only use the items in the frig to prepare orders, but I find that very hard to believe. I’m sure this is breaking some type of health code rule and unfortunately I don’t think I could comfortably patronize again. Doors should be closed if it causes a fly problem and all food items should be covered to avoid contamination whether they are being utilized or not. As a customer, I don’t know the difference.

The two ladies were really nice and professional. My smoothie was delicious and my avocado toast was the best one I ever purchased.

Great experience at Cravewell!! Very easy to find, lots of free parking available. So many yummy options to choose from. We got the Peanut Butter Bliss bowl (super filling!), Garlic chicken panini, Strawberry mojo juice, Sour apple juice, and the Peanut butter energy bites! Everything came out really quickly and was so delicious. Recommend checking them out!

DO NOT bring your kids here to eat if you are hungry! They took forever to make my daughter a simple smoothie. They had two people working, but it seemed like they were lost. My wrap was OK, warm, but I had to eat it in front of my daughter while she whined that she was hungry. A definite pass. It could be better! I’m sure! Lots of quality menu items!

Stopped for Sunday brunch and was pleasantly surprised by the menu selection and quality of the food. We had smoothies, chicken salad toast, salad, with energy bites as dessert. Every single item was tasty and healthy. Great spot!

I’m just glad this location is closed now. Seemed like it was always issues with food quality and customer service complaints. Hopefully we get a better healthy food restaurant soon with adequate management and excellent customer service.

Hours are wrong, went in for at 7:15am, they are still closed. A waste of time.

I came in on Sunday, June 9 around noon & the two ladies working were swamped with people. Despite people staring them down for attention, they were calm, kind and patient. Customers had lots of questions, which tied one of the girls up, but again she was patient, helpful and provided great service. They communicated with each other to keep the place flowing. It was clear that they were overwhelmed & stressed, but they did their best and their best was more than enough. Thanks ladies.
