The QR code wasn't working and neither were the ordering kiosks. Instead of politely providing notice to patrons awaiting their opening the staff were very short and dismissive to customers.

Very few coffee shops can achieve this kind of rock bottom. You need a whole new staff. That was borderline traumatic.

The workers were extremely rude and ignorant to our complications of our drinks. They messed up everything and failed to help us. I would never recommend this place to anybody even if it may come down to the last resort for caffeine. We were there for an hour waiting for 3 drinks and they were still ignoring us. I have never been so disappointed in my entire life at a coffee shop. -2/10. For a hot coffee, an iced coffee, and a black tea… it was absolutely disgusting.

Fire your help and start over. I asked for help on your strange kiosk and a customer had to come to help. The help straight up ignored me.

They don't allow you to use precheck after 9 PM. There's no indication of that on tickets.

An employee from another airport establishment I patronized used my credit card info to purchase multiple cups of coffee for their friends. Disputing charges now. SHADY EMPLOYEES!

The absolutely the worst! Rude service They sell you a cup of coffee half fill the cup and then tell you no we don't fill the cups any more.

Waited for 25 min. When up to the bar and asked if my order had been called and I missed it. Lady was rude and acted like I had messed up. Then they only made the sandwich, I said I also had a drink. The lady replied “you need the whole ticket?” Yeah genius, you skipped my order. I get people mess up, but own it and be apologetic

Stopped by at 2 pm on a Monday to get something to eat and they were closing. First shift checking out. No one showed up on 2nd shift. That's bad management but also a sorry state of affairs we get when the government just hands out money. We are becoming the soviet union
