I was patiently waiting for an order for about 10 minutes even though it was an online order that was placed with enough time allotted to prepare. The older woman at this location was super rude and I had to repeat myself three times just so she could understand the name on the order.

I came here last night and was greeted by two amazing ladies. I didn’t get their names, but they were so personal and friendly. My ice cream was made with love and I truly appreciate that. I actually love this location the best out of Atlanta. Please come here if you’re seeking excellent customer service along with your amazing ice cream!!

Normally I go to the one in Perimeter but I stopped at this one and was greeted and served so well and graciously! Loved my Icecream and loved the vibe on the patio! Thanks for making my Monday evening under the fall starts sweet!!

I had a wonderful experience custom ordering my mom's 70th birthday cake. It is mainly due to Erika D. as she was so friendly, patient and very creative with me as it was my first time ordering a cake from Coldstone. The cake was delicious! My mom and all her guests (including me) loved the cake! I then went back a few days later for an anniversary cake and Erika D. Impressed me once again with the cake I purchased. The happy couple and their guests (including me) loved their cake. I plan to order all my cakes from Erika D. at Coldstone moving forward!

It was pretty busy and the line was moving pretty fast which wasn’t the problem with this experience. The problem was the incredibly rude and demeaning attitude of who I believe was the manager. She was so rude to her employees when they were just trying to get through the rush. Scolding them harshly over little things in front of all these customers. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. She was an older lady wearing a blue bandana. One of the poor girls working for her looked like she was about to cry after being belittled about something. While it’s important that employees do their best it’s not okay to get upset when they are obviously trying. If this is how she talks to them in front of a long line of customers I can only imagine how she talks to them in private. It’s unprofessional and it just makes me feel bad for those poor employees.

Just tried to pick up a uber eats order and store was closed but was full of employees no one acknowledged me at all just had me looking crazy standing there whoever the lady is with the dreads looks like the manager and she say at the register doing end of day sales and just completely ignored me could’ve simply said were closed and thats it smh quick service is terrible these days

I generally don't negative review but had a pretty pathetic experience yesterday. First off, the A/C wasn't working. That's not good for customers or the employees. Secondly, I ordered a "Love It" / medium and received the same amount of ice cream as my wife who ordered a "Like It" (small). Lastly, and most frustrating, I asked for a cup of tap water for my wife. They made me purchase a bottle of water and refused to give me a cup for tap water, citing their cups are too expensive. Can you get anymore cheap? I pay over $20 for ice cream for a party of 4 and you can't even give me a cup of tap water? Build that into your price, but don't nickel and dime people. I told the staff I would have given them a bigger tip amount than the Dasani cost, had they just been reasonable about it.
