I had to walk out! I came in and wasn’t even spoken to I asked the couple sitting on the stools if they were in line and they told me that they have been already been helped. So I’m standing in front of the glass case for the ice and still neither of the workers spoke to me still. At one time the young man with the thick locs looked me in my face made eye contact and STILL didn’t speak! Finally I asked the young man was there a long wait bc I just want ONE cup. The lady whole is sitting behind me said please she only wants 1 thing take her. Now mind you there is TWO workers in there the other young lady was working on other customer order (and she didn’t speak to me at no point during this visit) the young man told me your going to have to wait. The customer who order they were working on is saying please take her order and I look at this young man he then again says no you are going to have to wait. At this point my money basically has NO value to either of them so I just walked out.

This kind of customer service is a regular experience at this location. However after this experience I WILL NOT BE BACK! As much as I love this ice cream and it’s my guilty pleasure I will find comfort with other ice cream shop that will value me as customer.

Dillan always makes my ice cream bowl EXACTLY the way I like it! I always get the Oreo overload with a twist. I always say I want a little bit of ice cream with my cookies. He always make sure to give me the amount of Oreos that I like and just enough ice cream. He mixes it perfectly and tops it off with blueberries. He creates a perfect balance for my taste buds. Whenever I go in on my cheat day and I see his face I know it’s going to be a good day!

I ordered a custom ice cream cake from Cold Stone and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. First, the cake I ordered was supposed to be pink, but I was given a plain white cake instead. On top of that, the quality was terrible—some parts were frozen solid while other areas were melted, which made it very clear the cake was not fresh.

I also waited past the promised pickup time because I was never alerted that my cake was ready. When I finally checked, the system showed my cake had already been picked up, even though I hadn’t received it. I had to call and sort out the confusion myself, which was incredibly frustrating.

In the end, I had no choice but to grab a cake from Publix for my sister’s graduation get-together, because Cold Stone failed to deliver what I paid for. After spending over $50 on this cake, I expected much better. Instead, I received poor service, a cake that wasn’t made correctly, and something that clearly wasn’t fresh. Cold Stone will never get my business again. Total waste of money.

I was patiently waiting for an order for about 10 minutes even though it was an online order that was placed with enough time allotted to prepare. The older woman at this location was super rude and I had to repeat myself three times just so she could understand the name on the order.

Erica went above and beyond to make sure that our cake was perfect for my best friends birthday. She was very accommodating to all of her requests and was the sweetest of help. Thanks a lot, Erica💗

I came here last night and was greeted by two amazing ladies. I didn’t get their names, but they were so personal and friendly. My ice cream was made with love and I truly appreciate that. I actually love this location the best out of Atlanta. Please come here if you’re seeking excellent customer service along with your amazing ice cream!!

I had a wonderful experience custom ordering my mom's 70th birthday cake. It is mainly due to Erika D. as she was so friendly, patient and very creative with me as it was my first time ordering a cake from Coldstone. The cake was delicious! My mom and all her guests (including me) loved the cake! I then went back a few days later for an anniversary cake and Erika D. Impressed me once again with the cake I purchased. The happy couple and their guests (including me) loved their cake. I plan to order all my cakes from Erika D. at Coldstone moving forward!

It was pretty busy and the line was moving pretty fast which wasn’t the problem with this experience. The problem was the incredibly rude and demeaning attitude of who I believe was the manager. She was so rude to her employees when they were just trying to get through the rush. Scolding them harshly over little things in front of all these customers. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. She was an older lady wearing a blue bandana. One of the poor girls working for her looked like she was about to cry after being belittled about something. While it’s important that employees do their best it’s not okay to get upset when they are obviously trying. If this is how she talks to them in front of a long line of customers I can only imagine how she talks to them in private. It’s unprofessional and it just makes me feel bad for those poor employees.
