Cold Stone Creamery always hits the spot by satisfying my sweet tooth.
I've tried many different ice-cream shops, but Cold Stone tops them all.
There key component is the gooey and stretchy cream. Most ice-cream places their cream starts to melt right away while you are still holding it in your hand...not Cold Stone.
Sweet Cream and Coffee mixture is my favorite.
This location was clean and not busy when I was there. Typically, they are often very busy with a long line bur not today.
The pricing is competitive and you have plenty of parking space.

The team here was very helpful and polite. I have to admit I came in there a bit scatter brained because I rarely come to cold stone creamery but my fiancé was having a rough day so I came there on a whim to surprise him with a sweet treat. I came in and they helped to choose a great flavor based on what I said I was looking for. They even helped me quickly set up an account for a discount on my order. Great crew! Wish there was more seating area, I’m sure they’d have a nice crowd if they did but I understand this location is more grab and go. Either way, I’ll definitely be back!
I have treated myself with cold stone creamery at Dunwoody. Its dreamy delight that i loved. Great staff and very pleased with their service here. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend and will be back soon in no time

I have been going to this location for a while to order a milkshake (the same milkshake) and was charged an outrageous price. I told the cashier that I have gotten the exact same milkshake several times and my price has never been this price (close to $15) and he told me that the toppings made the price higher. Mind you my price has typically been anywhere between $10-$11. So it is clear that the cashier was adding unnecessary fees to my total. I reiterated that there must be some error in the total and he dismissed me and proceeded to get a supervisor. I was extremely disappointed in the supervisor on shift as she too dismissed me when I explained the situation. The manager was very rude and dismissive and did not try to resolve the concern.
This is not someone who should be in a leadership role and frankly the staff needs to take a few courses on proper customer service management. As a repeat customer, I am disappointed in my experience from this Cold Stone location. I will not be back and the district should invest in coaching the staffing,
