I usually come and have absolutely NO problems! There are two ladies that usually work that I absolutely LOVE! I always order the same thing! Mine, sweet cream and brownie pieces! At that size, it’s usually 3-4 piece lbs of brownies!
Today, I ordered the same thing however it was made less ice cream and only two brownie pieces. I did notice the three individuals were new faces! I asked the associate how many pieces usually come with the mine size. He responded two. That’s a lie. I know because I am a frequent visitor and KNOW it’s made with more ice cream and 3-4 brownie pieces. He lied in an attempt to cheat me on ingredients but cheating the full price. I will not return.

I think the size I order is considered a pint. I got butter pecan with extra, extra, extra pecans! The man who took my order was so kind and had the most pleasant smile. He was so considerate with asking how far did I have to travel and when I told him the distance, he wrapped my container of ice cream up nicely in Saran wrap and advised me to put it in the freezer as soon as I reached home. I should have left a tip, but I usually don’t leave tips for to go service. I will be back there again and if he’s there I will leave a tip, because of all the times I’ve ordered my ice cream, no one has gone above and beyond like he did. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

AMP is THE GOAT. 10/10, the best customer experience I have had ANYWHERE. He noticed I was nervous about missing the deadline for a party, and he gave me a free scoop of ice cream, rushed my order, helped me pack everything up, and gave me candles as well.

Went here and got some ice cream to go earlier tonight for my girlfriend. Half way through eating it she found a 2 foot long hair in the middle of it. She threw up three times. Absolutely disgusting. Took me about an hour to clean it up.
