We were promptly greeted by Rhonda. She sat us and was our server and was phenomenal! Food options were great. Plate portions were great. I had the mahi tacos with sweet potatoes (I know, odd combo) and my husband had the turkey BLT with chips. Everything was delicious! It’s a nice, chill atmosphere. Rhonda and other staff checked on us multiple times. Rhonda kept our drinks full. Excellent experience! Definitely recommend!

Last call a full 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. And way before my food was delivered. Pretty not okay.

I come in town once a month (military) for years and this is the only hotel that i will stay at in atlanta. The Concorde grill is always a must with its views and friendly staff. The breakfast is always top-notch also.

My family and I were impressed with the service and food at this restaurant. We checked in late and didn’t feel like driving anywhere, and decided to try this place. The food was cooked to order and fresh and tasty. A small wait, but worth it. The food was so good we ate breakfast twice, lunch twice and dinner 3 times here. I must say we tried a bit of everything on the menu and everything was great. (Turkey Burger, Philly Cheesesteak, Quesadillas, Buffalo Wings, Angus Burgers, French Toast, Pizza, Fries, Shrimp Tacos, Shrimp Cargot) Service didn’t disappoint either. My family and I found it easier to eat at the hotel, then to go out and get food. The restaurant also also has a late night menu as well. What made it even easier, we were able to add the bill to our room. If you don’t feel like leaving the hotel, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I live the Renaissance, but this place is atrocious. Poor to non-existent service and rude staff. Food is mediocre, at best.

Very slow on food and drinks. Never got asked for another drink. Food lacked flavor except for the cauliflower. Order a Kentucky mule got served something with strawberries, ordered shrimp tacos and got served fish and another Oder had black curly hair on the plate

Food was not bad, but the service was absolutely terrible. Wait staff all were completely disengaged and indifferent. Several people walked our and most others were visibly perturbed.

Very good club sandwich and salad. Very fast service. Little pricey.

DO NOT , I REPEAT. DO NOT order the pizza. The crust is absolute garbage. The crust literally sucked the flavor of the other ingredients straight into hell. The service was excellent. Too bad the great service has to serve such garbage.

Bartenders are pretty good and the manager tries to be helpful but service at this restaurant is consistently bad. On the food, Bang Bang Shrimp is one of the best things you'll find (clearly not fresh but good flavor) alongside a bunch of marginal items. Pizza (in this case via room service... which you have to pick up because they don't deliver) was definitely one of the worst I've had in a while - heavily browned on top with a practically raw crust plus they don't even bother cutting it other than some 1-2 inch incisions at the edge showing you where slices should be. Hours appear fluid so don't count on anything you see published, this place is one of the reasons why you might stay at the Renaissance Concourse but sadly it disappoints even more than the hotel these days. Definitely not up to Renaissance brand standards so I'm expecting a change during 2023 to something more appropriate. Maybe Best Western would be a better fit?

We arrived at Concorde Grill just before 2100 EST. We were seated pretty quickly by the nice host. We sat at our table for about 15 minutes before our waitress even introduced herself. She was nice, but after a whole day of travel, I was ready to eat and go to bed. We received our beers about 10 minutes after ordering them, so we will call it about 2125. Our order was placed. We were not checked on again until 2150. Beers empty. All we got was "your food will be out shortly". We sat, relatively patiently until our food arrived at about 2220. I asked for the check at the same time. Dinner was finished at 2230 and our check arrived at that time. I immediately put my card in the sleeve, but we didn't see our waitress for another 10 minutes. Took 10 more minutes to run the card. The food was edible, but only because we were starving and tired. My fish tacos were way over done and they were pretty chewy. My wife had a burger, but she stated it was "pretty bland". Kale salad was actually pretty good though. The amount of time we spent at this restaurant was absurd considering how little we ordered/required. On top of the wait, our bill was $80. Was it worth it? Nope. We did not heed the reviews before us, but next time, we will grab food at the airport to go, or Door Dash something as the wait will be shorter. Do I recommend this establishment? Not really. Will I dine here again? Hard no. Not even in a pinch. 2 stars for host and kale salad.

I once had Crab Cakes at this hotel bar. But I did get a Hamburger plain with FF $17.00 and a lemon lime soda that cost $3.50 for one 12oz can. Sub total $20.50 tax $1.82 grand total $22.32 plus a four dollar tip. The bar chairs were very uncomfortable for eating a meal.

I had the French toast and bacon a few times for breakfast during my stay. I enjoyed my food every time and the waitresses were very attentive and nice. Thank you Wevelynn and Lailah for a great experience!
