First time eating here I will say my experience was really good, service was good a bit of a friendly and up like atmosphere, tried the Cajun chicken sandwich and fries with cheesy bites and a chocolate cherry milkshake. The sandwich was delicious the Cajun not too heavy, chicken nice and savory same with the Cajun fries not too heavy on Cajun which it's nice, milkshake was the best, thick and delicious, my girl got the 3 chicken strips with the same sides and a cheesecake milkshake the chicken strips were missing a bit of flavor seasoning wise and slightly dry but overall were delicious. Would definitely come back again.

The microphone volume was so low I could barely hear the voice of the order clerk. I ordered a double cheeseburger tray with onion rings and fries with cheese on them. I didn't receive the double cheeseburger, or any cheese on my fries nor the order of onion rings. The food was also cold. I don't know what was going on inside that place, but I don't know if I want to go back there again.

This is the worst cookout we’ve EVER been to. The floor is sticky, there are only 3 tables, buns were stacked 4ft high in the corner, it was dark and cold. That’s not the worst part…the delivery guy had to walk behind the counter and go into the back to get someone to take our order. I guess they didn’t hear us come in because they were back there yelling and cussing, and even when they came to take our order, they were still yelling and cussing about stuff. We got there after they had been open for 30 minutes, so you would think the food would be hot and fresh…I’m pretty sure they served us last nights leftovers. The food was cold and tough. This Cook Out should just close.

Sat in the driveway in a truck to be ignored for 15 minutes. Called the store to be told the truck was too big for the sensor to pick up…AFTER THE GIRL ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER. I know when I’m being BS’d. I totally understand if you don’t like your job, if you don’t like working with the general public, STOP WORKING FAST FOOD. Been going here for a minute. It's cook out what can I say. I miss old prices but inflation is a real thing everywhere. Can't stand the line that goes out into the street sometimes though, easy way to get an accident. The worst is when someone is coming the opposite way and cuts you off in the line while you're stuck in the suicide lane. At least the line goes sorta quick. But yeah average cookout.

Honestly, I’m not even sure where to begin. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any dining establishment—fast food or otherwise.
The first issue was with the drive-through line, which was wrapped around the building. Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem, but the dining room was inexplicably closed despite a sign on the door indicating it should still have been open for another five hours. All the chairs were already stacked up, and it was clear they had no intention of allowing indoor dining. This disregard for their posted hours was frustrating, especially after a long day of working and adventuring.
We decided to stay in the drive-through line and eventually placed our order. The first item we ordered was a kid’s meal, followed by the rest of our food. The staff member taking our order rushed me through the process, even though it was my first time at this particular location, and I wanted to take a moment to review the menu. Despite this, she repeated everything back to us, so I assumed the order was correct.
When we reached the drive-through window, they took my payment and handed me my card back along with two drinks. However, the drinks were smaller than the sizes we ordered, and I couldn’t get their attention to address the issue because they had already closed the window and weren’t paying attention to us.
We received our food and pulled into a parking spot to check the bag. Right away, we noticed the kid’s meal—the very first item we ordered—was missing. My girlfriend went inside to resolve the issue, but instead of fixing the problem, the staff member argued with her, claiming we never ordered the meal. To make matters worse, we couldn’t prove it because we were never given a receipt. Frustrated and without resolution, we decided to leave.
As we drove away, we stopped somewhere else to grab food for the child and decided to check our meals more closely. The moment we opened the bags, an overwhelming smell of cigarettes hit us. The food reeked of it, and upon closer inspection, we found that half the food was burnt while the other half had mistakes—like ketchup on burgers we specifically requested without it.
The food was completely inedible. We couldn’t even stomach a single bite. When we got home, we ended up throwing it all in the trash and eating something else.
This experience was beyond unacceptable. From the poorly trained staff and incorrect orders to the inedible food that smelled and tasted terrible, everything about this visit was a failure. This is not how food service should operate, and I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone visit this location.
Until there is a complete overhaul of the staff or significant improvements are made, I urge others to avoid this place entirely. If I could give this location a zero out of 1,000, I would.
