I went through cookout on Saturday night. I was paying with cash and he tells me that they don’t have any coin change. Why not say that at the speaker instead of waiting until I get to the window we’re trying to find a solution to give me my change. He should have tried to find a solution to accommodate not being able to give me back any change and not only that no huge drinks
I’ve recently become a frequent customer here. The food is always hot and fresh. I always have great experiences with the staff, they’re so friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. The line moves quickly too! Overall great every time!
Food came out hot and fresh extremely quickly, girl at drive through was extremely nice and polite. Best fast food service I've had in a while honestly. 10/10 will definitely frequent this establishment again.
