Went for a late dinner after concert, im a very picky eater and the lady was super nice even though I asked a million questions. She didnt make me feel guilty about changing things, food was ready fast and fresh. Would recommend!

The rudest staff and worst quality of food you’ll ever get. Go to the Tucker or Lithonia location (or any other) if you’re craving Cookout. Both times have been annoying and awful and even though I live down the street, I wont be back. The people who they hire are AWFUL and the food is never fresh.

Got my order and asked to make sure it was correct some guy sitting in the lobby aggressively yelled I need to go do it somewhere else and then stood up and approached the window. Now this is my First time and COME TO FIND OUT I was missing chicken nuggets and one of my cheeseburgers once I got home. Jasmine was wonderful in the window 5 STARS but whoever was in the back yelling that I can’t check my order at the restaurant needs to be fired asap. 0 stars for my first experience. Also tipped the window lady $5 just to get disrespected by someone who wasn’t making no food or even in the kitchen. If that’s a MANAGER??? find someone else.

First, I was in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes. And when I finally made it to the window, I asked the Hispanic girl. I thought I ordered a large Coke with a very rude and nasty attitude she replied I didn't take your order and as I proceeded to give her my card, she tried to snatch it out of my hand. When I wouldn't let her, she then said she was not going to serve me. I hope that's not the way management train their personal.

This location has gone downhill. The food is not what you order. The employees are full of themselves and have no clue about customer service. They had someone in the dark standing to take your order way before you got to the main speaker. This is new and I wasn't aware of this so of course I drove by her because she had no light. Was yelling at me to stop, which it can be dangerous to stop in this area. When I pulled up to the speaker, security told me that I would have to go back around and place an order with that person. I told them that I would go to Krystal's instead and try my luck with them. I am so glad I did. Krystal has Chili now. It was delicious, and my body needed this comfort food.
The whole restaurant was not very clean.
