First, I was in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes. And when I finally made it to the window, I asked the Hispanic girl. I thought I ordered a large Coke with a very rude and nasty attitude she replied I didn't take your order and as I proceeded to give her my card, she tried to snatch it out of my hand. When I wouldn't let her, she then said she was not going to serve me. I hope that's not the way management train their personal.

This location has gone downhill. The food is not what you order. The employees are full of themselves and have no clue about customer service. They had someone in the dark standing to take your order way before you got to the main speaker. This is new and I wasn't aware of this so of course I drove by her because she had no light. Was yelling at me to stop, which it can be dangerous to stop in this area. When I pulled up to the speaker, security told me that I would have to go back around and place an order with that person. I told them that I would go to Krystal's instead and try my luck with them. I am so glad I did. Krystal has Chili now. It was delicious, and my body needed this comfort food.

My lunch here was great! My food was fresh, the service was amazing. My cashier Yuliet was the definition of hospitable and the entire team worked well together coming from the MBA that I am. If you want to spend your cookout dollars wisely, this is the location to visit! 😊😋

The people at this location look lowly educated, sloppy, and they have rude tones when ordering. I must admit this is the 1st time they got my order wrong, but with that being said I had only been here 5 times out of a year span. Maybe it was my draw of the cards and I’m a little upset because I decided to get something to eat at 1AM… Things happen. This does not change the fact that my experience was lesser than. They gave me someone else’s order. They be in there talking and having a good time with each other. I drove all the way up there to only find out when I got home that these are not chicken nuggets but hush puppies. I never ordered chicken nuggets from them so thought it was just how they were made at a Cookout. I am upset. I just started back eating cookout since 2014. I’m done again! Maybe in another 9 years I’ll give them a try again but I never leave with a wow experience. Gone back to Waffle House for late not eating. I’m not gone tell you not to eat here, I want you to go and see what I see, experience it for yourself.
Bomb milkshakes and they allow you to combine flavors. Appreciate the available hours. Wish customer service wasn't so funky sometimes and that the portions for sides were so miniscule
