First time invited here with a friend today. We had three meals. Child food chicken nuggets combo was hard and burnt. My friend meal he ordered double burger meal combo ( only got one meat patty and his side cheese nugget was hard. My food was chilly cheese fry and extra toppings tomato onion and jalapeño and water. I receive no onions or tomato no water. We had to show the receipt and walk and bring our food to the counter. Embarrassing. Never come back never

Customer service was terrible. We also asked for honey mustard and they put less than a teaspoon in the cup.
Not that bad of a quick fix for hunger. The food was hot and tasty to my liking. The 1 major problem with my tray order was that the onion ring and chicken nuggets were skimp (2-3) in my combo meal. The milk shake was A1.

Kind cashier, but my food was YUCK. hushpuppies tasted like dirty dishwater, like bad. Weird metallic taste. Everything just tasted like the kitchen is dirty. I shoulda got a refund.

I was trying to order at the front window around 3:15AM. Multiple people walked past me without saying anything. I asked an employee why my order wasn’t being taken and when she asked other employees, they said the walk-up window was closed. Someone could have easily came to the window to communicate that.

I'm not sure how this place constantly gets your order wrong. It's everytime with this place at least one thing is wrong or just completely missing. Make sure you check your entire order before leaving because I don't know how I keep making the same mistake of thinking they did anything correct here.
