I had the pleasure of being served by Azzi during my recent visit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we were seated, Azzi was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. They managed to strike the perfect balance between being present and giving us space to enjoy our meal.
Azzi was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure every detail of our experience was on point. Whether it was checking in at the right moments or ensuring our orders were perfect, their service elevated the entire visit.
It's clear that Azzi takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the guest experience. If you're lucky enough to be served by Azzi, you're in excellent hands. I’ll definitely be coming back—and hoping to sit in Azzi’s section again!

Adelina was our waitress and she provided impeccable service!! Thank you for taking such great care of us!! I had the chicken quesadilla!! So good!! I could only eat half!!

Abby was a great server for us at the Chophouse since we were from out of town. She made sure we were hydrated during the game and her hospitality was superb. We enjoyed the seats and came back for the finale game. Highly recommend the Chophouse and ask for Abby!

Our server Abby was wonderful. We came for a noon game with two kids. It was a hot day and she was sure to bring her us our kids food quickly and extra ice. The totchos were super yummy and a very good size. Abby was sure to bring us extra plates, napkins, and anything the kids needed. When it came time to leave and pay the tab there was a problem with our vouchers that came with our ticket and she personally walked us over to guest services and helped us resolve it quickly. Overall it was a great experience with good food and a great server.

Abby in the Chophouse is amazing! Was in town visiting and had her as our server. Her hospitality and amazing personality got me to come back to get the same seats again! If you ever come see the Braves, be sure to get her if you can!

Amazing time during the Braves and Yankees game 2 (July 19th of 2025). Electric atmosphere amazing service in the second row of the chop house section 157 gotta be the best choice I ever made buying these tickets. 1000000% would encourage anyone if they’re willing to spend money on good seats go ahead and get yourself and the kids chophouse seats in right field!!!! We will be back to do it again. So happy we were able to get Aaron Judge to give this kid a ball for his 6th birthday.

Thomas the “manager” is rude and unprofessional. We waited in line for 40 minutes for a table - the host told us we could have a table at the bar - WE cleaned the table off and then was told that they were seating that table with other people and Thomas had us leave the restaurant. We tried to order food and explained that we had cleaned the table off so that we would have a table and he stayed “that’s not your job” and was loud and rude in tone. He wouldn’t let anyone in our party speak or explain that his staff sat us there. I asked for his bosses information so I could make a complaint and he said “you do not need my boss information” …. He was in the wrong and knew it and let his ego and pride get in his way of customer service. We cleaned the table we sat at because the host told us we could and then were told to move?! He would not refund our drinks. Thomas should not be managing ANY kind of restaurant especially one with high volume considering he lacks basic customer service.

I attended a concert on June 10, 2025. Please take accountability for what happened that night. On your website it clearly stated that gates would open at 5:30pm. The concert was scheduled to start at 7:30pm. I arrived at 6:00. I understand this was a sold out show, the lines wrapped around the buildings. What I don't understand is why the gates didn't actually open until 7:00. While we waited and waited to be let inside the gates, in 80° weather, the sun beating down on us, bodies pushed together uncomfortably... the concert started. I want to address the danger we were put in when the crowd heard the show starting. People started running, pushing into others. There was no one in charge of crowd control, not a single employee offered help. If there had been a medical emergency, there was no way anyone would've been able to get to us. We had to sit outside the gates, a massive wall between us and the group we paid a lot of money to see, and hear the fans on the other side sing the songs we desperately wanted to see performed. I drove from middle Tennessee. Which is 3.5 hours before traffic. I'm positive I wasn't the farthest traveler. If you add it all together I took unpaid time off work, traveled a total of 8 hours, rented an Airbnb, paid for gas, food, essentials. Not to mention the tickets. Every single situation that your staff and your company put us in was entirely avoidable. I don't understand how you can host massive stadium games and have dropped the ball so hard on this one. In the end my friends and I missed a total of six songs. Just know you ruined a very important night for a lot of people seeing as this happened to thousands of us.
Mike was great! He was supper attentive to our group and was very accommodating.

We had an amazing experience with a very patient and kind server, Mercedis. We had a very long rain delay. She did a phenomenal job, taking care of us as well as many of the other folks trying to be patient waiting out the rain.
