I placed a catering order earlier & apparently since the catering manager had left for the day, the team never received it. I appreciate them springing into action to get the catering order put together as soon as they could, but I then was late for an event which I was catering.
I don’t necessarily blame the staff, but them not getting notified for catering orders is unacceptable. I was supposed to be able to pick my order up at 4PM & it’s now 4:45PM. I was blamed for the fact that their system allowed me to book the order even though it allowed me to pick up at 4PM. It’s just unfortunate.

It is a beautiful place at a perfect location. However, the service and the quality was terrible. Yhe cashier Kayla seemedto be not happy to work at the bakery since she did not greet us, gave a smile or wished us a good day. The iced latte was mostly cream with a hint of espresso in it. Wished it would be managed better since it promises so much but deliver so little.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I made friends with the sweetest lady behind the counter. She pretty much made my day. The Uptown Turkey was excellent but I could have had a PBJ and would have enjoyed my visit.

Breakfast was outstanding and nice to get coffee and full menu in one place. They have the nicest lady, Yvonne, so helpful and so welcoming! Prices may be on the higher side but for quality food & service, makes it worth it. We will probably go tomorrow before we leave.
Kid-friendliness: We had 3 kids, who do behave & dine well, but all enjoyed their food and treats.

I picked up a delivery order here on 8/5/2024 at 10:23 a.m. for Corey (A46DA). When I walked in, no one was behind the counter. I got to the counter and noticed one person at the very end of the bar on her phone. I looked up and two people in the kitchen and two people saw me, made eye contact, said nothing, then kept walking. Thankfully, I saw Corey’s order behind the counter. Picked it up and proceeded on to my delivery.
Ordinarily I wouldn't do a review unless the food was bad but in this case the amount of false advertising is what triggers this review. If you don't have something you are clearly advertising on a screen for every customer to see, the professional thing to do would be to put a sign up to say you no longer have it. Especially when you haven't had it in a while as the employee suggested. It would help so the employees don't have an attitude every time they are asked why they don't have something that the restaurant clearly advertises. Just a suggestion. Overall the food good.

I’m not sure if my expectations were too high…but the scrambler did not quite do it for me. The vegetables were not cut or cooked to my liking. The spinach felt soggy and the stems didn’t help. The peppers were long mushy strips instead of chopped or diced. They were out of sausage, had to substitute for bacon, which was barely noticeable. They were not serving grits…so I had fruit. The service was ok. There was an employee who was very friendly. She made me if as if she was my auntie. I am willing to give it another go on this one. Only because of auntie. But I will not order the scrambler again.
