Very disappointing experience at Corner Bakery Café. My colleague and I ordered breakfast to go, but one of our orders came out much later than the other, which defeated the purpose of a quick morning stop. The café was extremely crowded and disorganized, making it hard to tell who was being helped or when orders would be ready. To make things worse, the croissant they gave us was burnt. Overall, not the quality or service I expected, and I won’t be rushing back.

I had a great experience at checkout thanks to Crystal. She was friendly, patient, and very professional. She greeted me with a smile, handled my items quickly, and made sure everything was correct before finishing the transaction. Her positive attitude really made my day, and customer service like that is hard to find. I’m not from Atlanta but Crystal’s service really is another reason I’ll be back to Corner bakery cafe. 10/10

Great service and a clean and nice dining area. The food was okay. It tasted fresh, don’t get me wrong, but for $13 per sandwich meal it gave school lunch. You can get nicer meals elsewhere for the same price. The pretzel sandwich we asked for with white bread instead. We were expecting the same white bread that’s on the chicken pesto sandwich but got literal wonder bread instead. Both sandwiches were small. We also got three of the mini holiday Bundt cakes and they all were dry and going stale as if they were days old. Overall, not the worst food but won’t be returning.

We liked the food. It was good quality and delicious. Cashier with black hat on was rude.Lacked manners. Didn’t tell us we had to go get bakery items and coffee on our own. Food serving lady and manager who asked how everything was were super sweet. Apart from cashier, everything was nice.

I ordered two bowls of chicken noodle soup and only received 1/2 portion of my order which I didn't realize until I had returned to my office. I went back down and the manger responded we have new serving portions. Not posted or shared upon ones order. The manager refused to top off the soup even when I shared that my colleague had a soup cup and sandwich and had just as much in a cup as I had in a bowl.

Gingerbread chai is delicious. I ordered online. The 2 chais were made promptly, the problem was...my name never called and they sat on the counter where I couldn't reach and not one of the 3 servers would make eye contact. 10 minutes later a server finally acknowledged me and I got my order.
