Cute interior, but painfully slow service and both of our drinks were bad. The toffee latte was undrinkable.

The best way to describe this place is "corporate coffee shop perfection". It is what Starbucks would be if Starbucks was well run. This particular spot is beautifully appointed, spacious, and very inviting. The staff is well-trained and execute their duties perfectly. For a corporate owned coffee shop you cannot do better than Costa coffee.

Stopped in for a morning cinnamon roll because I was in the area and had a little time to burn. The staff was friendly, the space was super nice, and the cinnamon roll was tasty. Overall good experience.

I come to this establishment every day I roughly spend $35-$40 a week. I always get the Carmel latte and the quality is always inconsistent. It’s either cold , burnt , or not tasting like Carmel. And the prices always vary and I’m getting the same thing every visit. It’s been times I have been there and the cashier prioritizes his phone versus the customers. I’m literally trying to place an order but the cashier is telling me to hold on while he sends a text messages. After I expressed my concern there was no apology he just asked would I complain to management. This is unacceptable I’ve been coming here since January 2023 and me and my money don't feel appreciated. I asked for clarification on the pricing this morning and the cashier gave me an attitude . All in all in disappointed and I will not be returning due to the inconsistency , customer service, and unprofessional from the staff.

Instead of fixing the problem they send out and automated message for you to DM them and no one every gets back to you. Stay away from this place!!!

I ordered a pastry and apparently it was forgotten by the cashier and the other two ladies enjoyed talking to each other, as opposed to asking why I was still waiting. One of them finally noticed, no apologies and after halfway warming it, sat it down in the counter without notifying me that it was ready. There are too many options in this neighborhood and I won’t be back.

This coffee shop is hands down amazing! We love a good coffee shop and this hit all the points. The blueberry biscuit was out of this world good!!! Don’t hesitate to scadadle over here and caffeinate your problems away!!

Love love love this coffee shop in West Midtown. Great coffee and food, bonus points for everything made in house, even the pastries! The manager working, believe her name was Arielle, was so sweet and answered all of my questions. Also, a great spot to get work done if you work from home.

Had a great visit here! Luckily I grabbed a 30 minute spot out front to run in for a drink and snack. I got an oat milk chai latte and the banana bread. Both were fantastic. The staff is also super friendly and there’s plenty of seating inside and outside. Would be a great spot for coworking or a coffee date. I will definitely be back.
