After a two night stay, we checked out this morning. On both nights starting about 10:30 pm, the adjacent room became noisy with loud rap music, someone pounding on the door from the hallway, shouting in the hallway and room, slamming doors, etc. I told the desk clerk about the noise this morning and she said someone would look into it since the occupants were a "short stay" and would not be leaving today. Good luck to anyone who checks into the room we stayed in. We will be returning to Vinings next month and will look elsewhere to stay. Too bad because the hotel is very clean with great parking and in a great location. Security is needed to patrol the hallways.

The entire staff was very friendly, especially Carrie at the front desk who made us feel very welcome! The hotel is comfortable and very clean. Great lobby. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. There are Tesla chargers in the garage which is a big plus!

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Service was great, room was nice, and the location was very convenient to Vinings and northern suburbs. No issues with noise, temperature, or anything else that others have noted. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the area.

I was looking for a local hotel stay due to faculty AC unit at home and reserved this hotel. The days I stayed I felt it was a bit overpriced for the area (almost $300 per night. The property was extremely clean and the entire staff made the cost worth it. Only con was very cute of the room overlooked the parking lot and a bus load of teenage boys staying after some type of sports event who never maintained any COVID protocols and obviously did not understand the use of an “inside voice”. It would have been nice if some type of breakfast was included in rate. Overall, very pleased with hotel and would definitely stay again.

Great stay! It's been about 2 years since I was last there for business (it was pretty new then). To My delight the property still looks great. Rooms are clean and a good size. I'm partial to their ground floor rooms that have higher ceilings. Location is perfect with restaurants, gas station close. I found the team to be helpful. I had a small issue with my room and the front desk were apologetic, professional and helpful to quickly resolve the issue. Team at the bistro were no different and served with smiles. The group booking team Abigail & Sabrina go above and beyond with regards to service. I can't thank them enough for all their assistance.

I had a horrible stay last weekend. I checked into 1 room that was hot and was moved to another room that was just as hot. Staff just brushed it off at checkout. Wont be staying there again. I contacted management afterwards and all they did was apologize.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and a coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator were helpful. We had a nice well laid out city view 5th floor room, and the hotel has a great location and plenty of parking. The front desk was pleasant every time I spoke with them. BUT, the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to fit inside the tub, the power and usb plugs in the nightstand didn’t work, and I had to ask where the light-switch was for the over bed can lights. They laughed and said they get that a lot. Who in the world put the switches behind the headboard-ish pillows?!? Worst though was the fire alarm that woke us up about 12:45am. Guests piled outside and in the lobby waiting for someone to tell us what was going on… but no one ever did. Fire and police came and it was clear there was no emergency. The front desk told me they were waiting for them to turn off the alarm. The first time it stopped the crowd cheered, only for it to go right back on. It was finally off after about an hour and a half. I get that this happens, however, I see a review from last month AND one from 2019 mentioning fire alarm problems. This is a recurring problem they need to fix! This hotel has some serious opportunities and I don’t think I would stay here again.

Nice and spacious suite and nice bathrooms would have given a 5 but saw a couple of ants by the air conditioner told the front desk and they came a cleaned the room didn’t fuss much because this came happen with the change of seasons . The view of the downtown area was nice also

I don’t ever do this, I’m a generally easy going guy and I am willing to put up with a lot. But this was the single worst hotel experience I have ever had. First and foremost, was the fact that my first of 3 rooms was ant infested. The room had appeared like it was not fully cleaned when I checked in, and then the ants just started to infest more and more in the first day until my shower and entire bathroom were crawling with them. When I brought this to the attention of the staff in the morning, no apology was offered, I was just handed a room key for another room. After returning from work that evening, I went to my new room, and discovered that someone had apparently started to tear it down and never did anything to it; sheets were non existent, the pillows were thrown across the room, and the comforter was on the ground and couch. No sheets, no towels in the bathroom, the tv didn’t turn on, and the floor in the bathroom was all cracked and torn up. I had carried my stuff from my friends room to this room, and now had to head back downstairs to ask for sheets and a towel. Instead of that, without being informed of anything, the desk attendant just took my key, handed me yet another key, and took me upstairs to move again. There was no offer of help to grab my things, the door closed on my head because they couldn’t be bothered to hold it for me, and I had to basically just handle it all while they very impatiently waited and were giving me looks like they couldn’t be bothered with me. Got to my third room, and managed to finally set my stuff down. However, it wouldn’t be until the next day that I realized that the tv in this room didn’t work either. Also, wet towels were found in the corner of the room causing a sour smell, and the fan continued to make a horrible grinding noise through the night. So moved twice and not a single room that I had was restful or even basically satisfying, let alone actually properly cleaned. Secondly, the fact that the hotel was awoken to the fire alarm on Tuesday morning was acceptable as a one time occurrence. It was an issue with the water pump and fire retardant system and could be excused. EXCEPT nothing was done about it, and instead the next night the entire hotel was again woken up, this time at 1:30 am. We stood outside for an hour only for them to find that it was the exact same issue, but this time they couldn’t find it, and they couldn’t shut off the alarm, so the whole system was messed up and required finally asking someone to come service, and the alarm was finally shut off at 4am. This whole time, with multiple people attempting to sleep downstairs or otherwise keep away from the alarms blaring in our rooms, the single employee appeared that he could not be bothered to talk to any of us. Sunglasses on, hood up, eyes glued to his phone the whole time, no apology for anything, generally dismissive attitude. The whole experience caused multiple people to check out and leave at 3 am because of everything. Third, the general cleanliness and fit and finish of the place. This is a Marriot Bonvoy, and I just expected more. I’m a simple man, I don’t stay in places like this without work paying for it. But when I do, I don’t expect the elevator buttons to be falling off, paint peeling and wallpaper coming off across multiple halls and rooms and all over the hotel, and every other issue with cleaning and room cleanliness mentioned. Cracks and chunks missing in bathroom moldings, just the general disrepair of the place belying any true semblance of care in the appearance or upkeep of the place. Fourth, and most egregious, the staff. I’m not expecting someone to kiss my feet or anything. But after all that we as a hotel went through, and what I went through personally, to not even be offered a single, solitary apology, just made me feel so undervalued as a customer as to not matter if I was there at all. The rude attitudes from some, the indifference of others, made it feel like no one cared about any of it. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that there were none prese

I've stayed here twice now and there will not likely be a third time. My last stay was so horrible that it's got me looking for an alternative option. My room (5th floor) vibrated all night every 20 minutes or so and woke me up--it felt and sounded like I was in a tunnel with a semi truck passing by. Second room had empty soap, a broken TV mount and the TV didn't turn on, and the phone didn't work. This seems to be a very poorly maintained hotel that is relying on its location to drive business rather than customer experience.
