I visited 404 a few weeks ago with a friend and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was an absolute 10/10! Everything we ordered was delicious.

The only downside was the service. It wasn’t a busy night, yet the service was extremely slow. Over the course of two and a half hours, our server only checked on us twice. I’m not sure if it was a staffing issue, but it definitely dragged out our visit longer than expected.

Despite that, I’m still giving 5 stars and would visit again for the food and ambiance alone.

Came…left money under me that I sat on…left went to the restroom,money was gone…waitress told me they would run the camera and it never happened!! Im here now in real time waiting

Service sucked. We came in on a Tuesday with the topless special. Our waitress told us we could not order due to the time restraint on the special (although there was none posted on social media nor the in house menu) once another table came 1 hour after, she allowed them to. Not my first time there and because the service was great when I did come the first time, I came back, this time with my partner. I say all that to say i don't like the way she did us and I'll hold off on coming back for now.

Had a reservation sit down for 20 minutes. No one came over to say hello. offered any water or any appetizers or anything got up to leave asked to speak to the manager Miss Nickie came out. She apologize but that does not excuse what she said next she said that the waitress was helping another party. I will not be going back ever. Customer service sucks.

Service was absolutely deplorable. We kept hung to look for our waitress, only to be met with attitude and exasperation when she would finally come over. The food was okay but not worth the price and the quality of service made it worse. Wont be back…definitely could’ve gotten better food for less money and less attitude!

Place smelled like weed, bartender didn't know the brands of wine they sale. All she kept saying is we have alot. Then you have to buy the whole bottle they don't sale wine by the glass. Smh never ever have I heard of that in a bar type appmosphere. Won't be back.

Service was horrible we was there 20 mins with menus waitress never brought waters or nothing we had to keep looking for her.
Salmon tasted old the manager said all sales were final they didn’t try to fix the problem or none

The music was good and the waitress was okay besides the fact she came only once to check on us after ordering. It’s my birthday today and they had a problem with comping my wings that had a hair in it… I literally had to push to get that comp. Also I got one margarita and one tequila shot and ended up paying 45$.. just for those two.. not worth it AT ALL. Wings are about 1 cm long superrrr tiny.

I recently visited this restaurant with a group of friends, and I have to say, our experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met by a security guard who informed us that we would be charged $40 just because one of our friends didn’t have their driver’s license on them. This should have been clearly advertised on their website or social media, as we would have made sure everyone had their IDs.

It was disheartening for our group of ten to be turned away because of one person. When we asked if we could simply show a picture of the license, we were told that we would still be charged just to enter. This seemed completely unreasonable and unfair, especially considering the atmosphere outside felt less than welcoming, with people hanging around like it was a sketchy neighborhood.

Charging a cover just to sit down and have dinner is absurd and really put a damper on our plans. I believe the restaurant needs to reevaluate this policy and how they handle entry to create a more welcoming environment for their patrons. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and will not be returning.

The Food & atmosphere was so bomb! After ordering our food everything came out in a timely manner. The appetizers came out 15 mins after ordering and the food came out 15 mins after that. Made very fresh & hot! Nothing to complain about there. Now a few cons was how the drinks could’ve definitely been better. We ordered drinks with tequila incorporated in them and barely tasted any alcohol. Dont get me wrong I love a fruity tasty drink but that’s literally all I tasted was a very delicious fruity drink with a small hint of tequila. Our drinks were $18 each. For that price they definitely could’ve been a tad bit stronger. And another con would be the communication between the waitress & online menu. Online ALL their entrees says with ANY (2) sides of your choice. So while ordering our food the waitress went over the sides, including the lobster Mac & cheese. So I proceeded ordering my (2) sides one being the lobster Mac, which was very delicious btw. Everything was all good until the bill came, I was charged an additional $13 for the lobster Mac and a 20% gratuity fee for me & my husband. Mind you it was only 7pm. Nowhere on the menu did we read there’d be an up charge for the lobster Mac and a 20% gratuity fee. Now I don’t mean to sound cheap but 20% for only (2) ppl at 7pm is a lot to me. It wasn’t late nor were we a party of 5 of more. That 20% is a bit outrageous. That’s definitely something that should be posted on their menus, along with an up charge for the lobster Mac. The menu shouldn’t say ANY (2) sides of your choice if when selected a certain side for your meal it’ll be a up charge! That’s something else that needs to be stated on their menu.

Just to avoid confusion and making your guests feel like you’re pulling one over on them. I don’t go anywhere assuming anything. I like everything spelled out to me vs it not being listed at all then get hit with a high bill after I than sat there chilled, ate my food, had a few drinks and vibed out in your establishment.

Parking: If you want a close spot get there early! It gets packed the later it gets and the parking lot is shared with other restaurants.

I was invited to come out to this place for their unwind Wednesdays because we had a friend who was performing, and when I tell you, the food and service was very subpar. Upon entrance before even seating you The hostess had an attitude, made sure we knew we only had an hour and a half to eat/ drink and with as many tables, as there was that we could’ve been seated at, she sat us right next to the bathroom. I said excuse me twice and had to follow her back up to the front in order for her to acknowledge me so that we can get another table. After We moved to another table. We went ahead and tried to place an order for food and drinks. I ordered a glass of wine only to be told that I had to buy the bottle and that they did not serve individual glasses, even though they had a whole menu with individual glass prices. In addition, they told us that the price of the bottle was not the price listed on the menu either and that they were trying to change the menu. We ordered an appetizer at the same time as the bottle and had to check on it 30 minutes later as the waitress claimed that she didn’t hear us put in an appetizer. I am typically not one to complain and usually always give grace but this whole experience was awful. I live less than two minutes from this place and will never be returning. Save yourself the time and try a different place on your list because this one ain’t it.
