Crispina Ristorante & Pizzeria is a must try restaurant in Cumberland Atlanta. We ordered fettuccini Alfredo and Primavera pasta. Pepperoni & Home run pizza and the Calamari. Everything was spot on. Our server is Forest. Thank you so much for the fast and great service. Anyone craving for Italian Cuisine. We highly recommend this place. You guys deserves a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating..

I've dined here twice. The food is pretty good which is a shame because the manager or owner is extremely rude. They made my pizza incorrectly and when I didn't answer quickly enough for her, she started frantically yelling at me. She seemingly couldn't handle the stress of it being busy on Christmas Eve. I suspect there is some mental illness going on as well to start yelling at a paying customer. Even the server apologized for her rudeness, and the teenager with us even made a comment that she was talking to me like a 5 year old. Needles to say, won't be back.

I wanted to cross post my Yelp review here because I think it’s amusing when management answers every complaint by accusing patrons of lying.

The food was absolutely to die for, and the service was well above average. However the general mood and atmosphere left a lot to be desired.

As we entered we were greeted by a very unwelcoming feeling host and that pretty much ruined the rest of the dining experience. It almost felt like they didn't want us in the restaurant and we're hoping we wouldn't stay.

That being said, I would love to come back to try some more of the menu items as the pasta and pizza that I had were both absolutely delicious. The tiramisu was not bad either, but not as good as I eas hoping for after the experience with the mains.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant many times., this time the hostess, Linda, was so rude to me. It was when the lunch crowd had died down when I came in for light meal while listening to my zoom meeting. She proceeded to walk over to tell me I should use headphones and that it was loud and she could
Hear me while she was texting the owner. This is all while the guys in the kitchen were banging plates.. I really felt like she wanted to bully me. Everyone else was so nice and attentive especially after they saw how she treated me. The owner needs to find a new hostess before she runs anyone else off!

The ambiance is great, drinks were okay, nothing too special.
ordered pasta primavera, which was a little bland, and the server recommended pizza vegetariana was very soggy in the middle.
Overall, it was a decent dinner, and I would not recommend it if you are a vegetarian.

I did order a steak. It was fair at the most. I tried my friends Italian dish, which was a lot better.

Service was good and welcoming. However, the pasta that we ordered was very greasy, a puddle of oil was left on my plate. Lasagna tasted like tomato paste, nothing else. Overall, food was bland and we had to add tons of salt to it to make it edible. Very underwhelming. Would not recommend. $100 of our hard earned money gone to complete waste

The warm bread was dry - needed A LOT of olive oil. Minestrone was adequate. Kind of bland. I had to salt & pepper it pretty heavily. I had the bruschetta as my meal. The tomato was very mediocre - one of the least exciting tomato bruschettas in memory. The eggplant caponata was quite good though, as was the sausage & peppers.

This place is our first stop anytime we go to Atlanta. The food and service is incredible and consistent. Their lasagna and Caesar salad are impeccable.

We dine at Crispina often as it it has been one of our faves in the area. However, while the food is as good as ever, the service, which used to be great, continues to deteriorate. While we were greeted warmly & asked about water as we were seated, the service went down from there. In a half full restaurant with plenty of wait staff, our waiter was very inattentive throughout the evening. When my Aperol Spritz there was no straw & when I asked for one it was longer than my glass. I asked for Parmesan for my pasta & it never came. When I finally caught our waiter's eye my pasta was cold. My grandson decided he wanted a salad it took forever to get the waiter back. All of this was puzzling given the restaurant wasn't even half full! Very disappointing especially since our previous visit a few weeks before was very similar but with a different waiter.

It is always a great experience going to Crispina. Their food and wine selections are great. They are one of only a couple of establishments in the area with Pizza Montanara aka Pizza Fritti, which is a Neapolitan area specialty where they fry the dough adding a great element to the flavor. I wish that they had a location closer to Johns Creek so that we could come more often.

Poor service experience. We had reserved an outside table and upon arriving at the restaurant requested a larger table which was allocated by the hostess. We sat down only to have the server ask us repeatedly if we were ready to order because they had another reservation for that table! The manager also came out and tried to rush us out even though they had plenty of other tables open. Rushing out customers who are already there in favor of customers who hadn't even arrived - not very hospitable. Didn't enjoy the service and food was mediocre.
