Well as with every nice thing that comes to Atlanta it continues to deteriorate and become worse and worse until it reaxhes this current out. This is the worst Crumbl, let’s you buy a cookie and then when you get there they don’t have the cookie that you bought. This location always sells out and never has inventory, entirely too worried about end of day overflow that they rather disappoint by never having cookies.

Cookies not as advertised.Manager Jeremy requires staff to put less toppings purposely while displaying the actual cookies. So when you get your cookies it looks NOTHING like the displayed and advertised cookie. Jeremy was not helpful at all. Jeremy yells at his staff when they make the cookie as advertised. I will NOT be coming back to this location. I’ve never had this issue at any othe Crumbl location so I understand this is not a brand problem it is a management issue. Poor choice in management results in depreciated customer experience.When asked to fix the cookies they gave me what they game me before just another cookie and box. I am extremely dissatisfied with the management here at this location.To be specific the Large oatmeal skillet cookie had the same exact TINY dollop of frosting that the mini cookies they sell have. Unexceptable ! Basically ripping your customers off. The picture below is after they fixed it, as you can see the toppings are still not as advertised but yet slightly better than the previous box .

Extremely rude upon walking in. Wasn’t greeted back after I said hello and smiled. Saw them do the same thing again and ignore two other customers behind me. It would be one thing if there wasn’t 5 people at the front chatting it up. The red head working here also rolled her eyes at me. I genuinely was very polite and I don’t understand this behavior. The least you can do is say hello. Super super bad energy. There’s another Crumbl close to this one- I suggest going there.

Cookies are good and with the different flavors weekly is great. Sometimes when it gets overwhelming crowds the place is very crowded and the service gets slow but have some patience because they are good.

I visit Crumbl once a week usually the toco hills location. This is the second time I’ve visited the Brookhaven location and have had issues both times. Both times orders have been placed through the app. The first time upon arrival after having purchased the specific cookie I arrived and was told the item was sold out, no problem they refunded my order immediately after asking if I’d like a different cookie. Would you believe the same thing happened again, only this time I was told by the “area manager” via the “store manager” that the refund could not be processed until close of business. That’s odd business practice I thought, but I obliged and gave the store manager my information so the area manager could contact me and issue a refund. However 4 days later and I still haven’t received a refund and no one knows about the issue. Thank you Billy for eventually finding the order and issuing the refund in the middle of the day! Somehow he was able to circumvent the end of the day refund process that never happened. Toco Hills Crumbl, please take me back I should have never cheated on you.
Only giving this location 2 stars because of the cookies….which I didn’t receive…got there at 8 am after placing my order on the app and it was locked….seen a lady and a guy in there and I heard her telling him I’m outside and he literally said “I don’t care” ….so 30 mins later I cancelled the order after being ignored….and he kept giving me the side eye…..which didn’t help at all…..won’t be back to this location

Cookies might be good, but when you are made to feel like a complete inconvenience for wanting to purchase said cookies....well, that's a place I will never go back to. No acknowledgement that I was there. Had to ask to be served after waiting multiple minutes. person who took my order mumbled (could barely understand them) and gave me an attitude the whole time.There was LITERALLY no other customers in the store. None. but somehow I was a massive inconvenience for whatever the employees were doing. Really not sure how this place has this high a rating.

Service is ridiculous!!!! You walk in and they say "Welcome to Crumbl" then don't say anything else to you. They just let you stand there until you say something. I'm used to ordering at the front not on the kiosk. So to just stand there waiting was annoying. Eventually someone said to order at the kiosk.I enjoy Crumble cookie but their service could be so much better.
