Crumbl - Toco Hills

The cookie was delicious, but the service was atrocious. The idea is to build repeat customers - not repel them.

This was my first time going having received a promotion. They have several self-serve tablets to place orders. I was unfamiliar with how to use the coupon I had, though.

I asked the person serving the cookies to customers how to use the kiosk. He mumbled the instructions from afar, but I did not understand. I asked him several times to assist me, but he simply refused. It was not overtly busy, and there were four people working. Finally, I assume the supervisor came from the back to help. It took less than 10 seconds, but I had been there nearly 5 minutes. I was glad she was helpful and pleasant.

Hopefully, other Crumbl locations have better overall customer service. I see the other stellar reviews even for this one, so I won't count them all out.

Parking: This is in an outdoor shopping center so locating it may not be easy. There are a few parking spots directly in front so one may not have to cross traffic.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or step up. Double doors to allow for easy entry. However, the self-serve kiosks are positioned for standing adults. If you need to order and have a worker who lacks empathy, it could be challenging.

This is a cookie shop. Order ahead for pick up. They do cakes but were out and did not offer to even speak to me. The several employees were chatting with each other. There were no other customers except 2 waiting outside for there order. Customer service rated ZERO! I did not buy anything. Mid afternoon.

Finally tried a cookie to see what the hype's about. Turns out nothing! I bought 1 of their regular chocolate chip cookies. When I got home and bit in, I found it to be mostly raw. Now, I like my cookies soft, not crunchy, so for me to say that it was raw should tell those of you who like your cookie crisp to stay away! I'm talking only 25% of the way baked. I counted only 10 chocolate chips in the whole thing (they're about 4" diameter), so I paid more than $4 just for dough. Atmosphere? I don't know who is finding a great environment here. I went on a Sat. evening and there were at least 12-15 people waiting for their order in the small, cramped pick-up area to the right. The only thing that was a plus about my visit is that I had no line to order at the kiosk, and it came out in 1 min. maybe because I only ordered a singular cookie.
