Crumbl - Toco Hills

I’ve given this place more chances than I should have, hoping for improvement, but it’s always a letdown. I’ve wasted too much money on mediocre cookies that never live up to the hype. Last time, the churro cake was missing icing in the middle layer. This time, the peanut butter cup cookie came with a dollop of mousse no bigger than what they use for the mini version. On top of that, they’re always out of basic things like forks and spoons, and the staff come across as unprofessional and clearly uninterested in maintaining the quality or integrity of the place. Definitely not worth returning to.

The cookies taste good but the presentation at this location can use some work compared to others.

We were at Publix shopping and I saw the sign for crumbl, I had seen on social media folks were raving about them, I was so disappointed I got 2 items the peanut butter brownie and the French toast. the first one was very hard and the French toast one tasted under cooked rawish, that will be my last time going there, also it took forever for them to serve me

I flipped over a cookie and saw it was raw. I asked the guy if he could cook it more. He said “i can’t put it back in”. I asked “why not?”. He said “that’s crumbl cooking time”

So raw salmonella poisoning is “crumbl cooking time” 😒. Don’t tip these people, they don’t give AF. My cookies are straight up cold “out the oven”

The cookie was delicious, but the service was atrocious. The idea is to build repeat customers - not repel them.

This was my first time going having received a promotion. They have several self-serve tablets to place orders. I was unfamiliar with how to use the coupon I had, though.

I asked the person serving the cookies to customers how to use the kiosk. He mumbled the instructions from afar, but I did not understand. I asked him several times to assist me, but he simply refused. It was not overtly busy, and there were four people working. Finally, I assume the supervisor came from the back to help. It took less than 10 seconds, but I had been there nearly 5 minutes. I was glad she was helpful and pleasant.

Hopefully, other Crumbl locations have better overall customer service. I see the other stellar reviews even for this one, so I won't count them all out.

Parking: This is in an outdoor shopping center so locating it may not be easy. There are a few parking spots directly in front so one may not have to cross traffic.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or step up. Double doors to allow for easy entry. However, the self-serve kiosks are positioned for standing adults. If you need to order and have a worker who lacks empathy, it could be challenging.

This is a cookie shop. Order ahead for pick up. They do cakes but were out and did not offer to even speak to me. The several employees were chatting with each other. There were no other customers except 2 waiting outside for there order. Customer service rated ZERO! I did not buy anything. Mid afternoon.
