We love this spot! They have great drinks and food, and the entertainment is always nice! We love the patio as well. They have all kinds of apps and entrees that are sure to please everyone. We haven't had a bad meal here! My absolute favorite combination is the espresso martini and the caramelized banana bar!

First time and loved the venue. Sat on deck for Easter brunch. Food was ok. I ordered the chicken biscuit with egg and gravy. Asked for eggs over easy and they were all done and the gravy was just ok a little salty. Wife had the breakfast burrito which I liked better than my own. Will probably come back for one more try.

This place has a fun vibe. Food is good and we enjoyed the live music. Favorite dishes were the make your own charcuterie board and pretzel bites. Great drinks too. Service was very responsive.

First visit with our family and like other commenters we found the restaurant too loud. Music was blasting when we walked in. Then they had a live duo playing which was good but still too loud. We couldn't hear the waiter or speak to each other. We chose the create your own charcuterie board which was good. Only problem is we spent nearly $50 on two small cheeses, 2 meats, salmon dip, 4 pieces of grilled bread and Brussels sprouts but it didn't come with crackers of any kind. Next were the meals...one in our party got the burger which was overshadowed by a very large bun. One got the Korean ribeye which we were warned was spicy but this over the top almost not edible spicy. One got the chicken pasta where the pasta was good but chicken was very minor in portion. One got a Caesar salad with fried shrimp which was ok but shrimp were the very small ones. Lastly one got the MAC burger which was also just ok. Overall would consider coming back, sitting elsewhere and trying other foods to give it another chance. Food wise our favorite was the charcuterie but that hefty price tag deters me.

Food is great, a little slow coming out but worth the wait! Staff is friendly and keep things moving. The music is loud and fun, and good options on the kids menu!

Food is so good, and atmosphere is unmatched. I believe my server’s name was Destiny and got her for both visits!! She’s lovely ?

Were at it again, for the 2nd time in 3 days were trying a brand new place. We went to Culinary Dropout (Sandy Springs) @ the recommendation of Steak Shapiro (atlanta eats) & 92.9 the game sports radio! We were casually dressedAt 4pm we were seated immediately (no reservation)First we ordered drinksWifey had Shirley Temple,I had Mango x2 a little sour. Later I ordered a shot of Amaretto & added it to my previous drink.Wifey ordered the chicken Katsu sandwich.I ordered the Turkey Pastrami. Both sandwiches were, as previously bragged on by Steakie, absolutely ? % wonderful.Wifey absolutely loved the chicken katsu, the sauce was her favorite ? but she also kept talking about the bread, "buttery" & a "perfect crunch" was the phrase she kept using. (She even let me have a bite) LOLMeanwhile the Turkey Pastrami had my taste buds buzzing, I thought Mcds had the secret sauce, but they "AINT GOT NUTHIN" onCD.The sauce & the Bun made a perfect addition to the Turkey Pastrami.I also had the beef barley soup. (May I suggest more seasoning for the soup? The bar is HUUUUUUUGGGGGE & Seats atleast 30 people. We talked about coming back & just sitting at the bar. TV s all around the bar. Perfect for watching sports! We absolutely loved this restaurant ? 4.5 out of 5Culinary DropoutYou have beenTongue ? Tested

I ate here tonight and first had the salmon dip appetizer. Luckily the bartender told me the menu description was misleading. From the description it sounds like you are getting pretzel pieces to dip but in reality it has nothing with it and the pretzel is actually an illusion. So you need to spend an additional $5 to get the bread to use to dip the salmon. I did this and it made a nice pair. Both the bread and the dip were very good. The dip was not a traditional salmon dip. It had large pieces of hard boiled egg in it. For an entree I had the chicken Katsu sandwich and it was very good. For dessert I had the caramelized banana something. This was a low point of the meal. Not something I would ever order again. Which brings me to the restaurant itself. The noise level is so loud I would never return to eat in ever again. I would gladly order their food on one of the delivery services but the volume in this place prevents me from ever returning. The volume is so loud it prevents anyone from holding a conversation without screaming. I am ok with a moderately loud place but this has to be the loudest place I've ever been to. It's a shame since there are a lot of nice shareable apps and a good bar and it appears to be a nice place. I would like to return with friends for a night out. But why would I go somewhere with friends where no one can speak to each other ?

The ambience is soooooo sexy and vibey, staff members are very nice and accommodating and the food and the drinks are surprisingly good. I mean really good. Culinary is a gem because it’s hard to find that trifecta: ambience, service and FOOD ? it’s an amazing place to hang.

Culinary Dropout is an alternative to the standard restaurants in the Perimeter area. The restaurant is enormous and has trendy decor but remains inviting, especially their patio seating. Our server was pleasant, as well as the other staff that waited on our table. The tahini and feta cheese spread appetizer is quite good and a great recommendation from our server. Will definitely be back again.Kid-friendliness: The patio is right next to an outdoor green space that is safe from any side streets or parking lots for kids to play.

Great experience. Hostesses and server were attentive. Just a few hiccups with receiving food, but was rectified. Live music and indoor and outdoor seating. If you want to sit outside, I would recommend making a reservation on opentable. There was availability immediately if you book on open table. If walking in you are told a 30 min wait. I would definitely visit again.

Jus My Thoughts

I've been twice to this location and First-Love the Bar it's a great size, not crowded and the seats are comfortable. No leg fatigue! Griffith stands out as my fave for bartenders. He makes an awesome drink and was attentive! Durell should no doubt be bar manager he was meticulous on the glass and drinks he sent out for the tables. He could definitely step everyone up a notch! Alion (bar back) his cleanliness was unmatched him and Durell were on it!! The Mgr Blake had great customer skills and checked on everybody and made himself present and if he noticed anything off He corrected ASAP! I complimented him on how well the ladies room was maintained! The only downside to the visit was the selection of live music - it's a NO! I think his name was Corey Marshall ??‍♀️??‍♀️ not the right fit to make customers stick around. However, all and all we would definitely come back for the Campfire ? Cocktail & the Pizza Alone! Nice Job Dropout!!
