Visited on a Saturday afternoon after running errands. My dad had told me about a new black owned pizza spot off Covington Highway. It was on the way home so my fiancé and I decided to try them out. He placed an online order for a stuffed crust veggie pizza and they said it would be done within 15-30 minutes. We got up there on the tail end of 30 minutes and he went in to grab the pizza only to find out that they couldn't find our pizza. Eventually he came out with the pizza and we began to drive away. We took a look at the pizza and it was a supreme which is not what we ordered (I don't eat meat and he doesn't eat pork).He went back in and let them know they're mistake and they made us a new pizza. We had to wait like 10 minutes. So my fiancé came back to the car to wait. A few minutes later someone came outside and brought us our pizza which looked good and we couldn't wait to get home and try. Pizza was flavorful with a good amount of toppings. I hadn't had a stuffed crust pizza in forever, but we both enjoyed it.Customer service wasn't great, but the pizza was good.

Decent shop, quick pizza and fluffy crust. The shop is quite small (maybe 2 tables), so just a pick up or delivery shop. The price is affordable compared to shops in Avondale estates. The veggie eater had some odd vegetables, loaded with banana peppers. Garden salad was only $3, so decent value. I will probably return due to convenient location and price.

4 stars because there are not a lot of pizza varieties, but this pizza is really good (speaking only about the day I got it because you know it all depends on who comes to work that day). Toppings were fresh, but the dough is what won me over. The crust was chewy but still had a light airiness to it with the outside still being crisp and not being burnt.

Yum! Medium pepperoni pizza and a six piece of hot teriyaki wings, but we wished we got more! Everything was super delicious and I'll definitely be back! I called ahead and everything was ready when I got there. Plenty of parking right out front.

You try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I think there's a pattern going on... We ordered our food on the app and arrived on time (8:10). When my partner got home I realized that the pizza was totally wrong. One of the toppings was missing and meat on the whole thing. I try to call in to the app and they put me on hold for ten minutes then hang up. I call again and after ten minutes of hold they say "well your partner is already there, is there anything else you need help with?" ... My partner arrives at 8:45 and they say the pizza will be 15 minutes... Check in at 9:20, guess what they haven't even made it because they forgot. Apparently they've messed up plenty of orders tonight so I guess they are overwhelmed and understaffed. At this point the wings at home cold and the pizza didn't get put out until 9:37 and it's still wrong..RIDICULOUS!

So my girlfriend placed a order online. I go pick up the order, get in the place and every employee have flip flops on smh. Ok cool. Plus they don't greet you. I ordered lemon pepper wet extra wet and they was extra dry. I try to support black businesses but it's hard when you don't get good quality service. My last time there.

I ordered a 5 piece and I got my wings to go. It took about 20 mins. Idk where these 4 and 5 star reviews came from, but this place was am ABSOLUTE no for me. The wings were chicken fingernails. I ended up throwing them away because they were so hard to eat! Never, NEVER again.
The delivery service had a problem with the initial driver, but when the pizza got here it was great. Clearly would have been an excellent experience had there not been a delay in delivery

We absolutely love ordering pizza from here. It is delicious, always delivered quickly, and the delivery staff are always incredibly kind. However, I did have a situation yesterday (10/07/2022) where I called to place a delivery order at 5:30 PM. I was using a mastercard gift card with $300 on it to pay for $18.00. The woman whom I was speaking with informed me that the card was declined and I asked her to try again. She tried a second time and said that it was declined again. I asked her to try a different mastercard gift card and the line was disconnected.I called back to reorder and the same woman answered and then handed me over to a man who then stated as soon as he got on the phone that "we do not take gift cards". I informed him that it was a mastercard and he ran it again and once again it was declined. I ended up giving him a different card to try and it also came back declined. After hanging up the phone, I realized that I had locked that card and did not unlock it before giving him the card information so I called back to reorder. When I called this time, the same woman answered then instantly handed me over to the same man, I hear him say "AGAIN?!?" in the background before he picked up the phone. Once he spoke he instantly said, "ma'am, we cannot keep placing orders for them to get canceled". I told him that I understood and I explained the locked card. I then hear someone else in the background say "tell that broke b*tch to quit calling". Once I heard that, I told him to forget about it and hung up the phone.I understand that it was incredibly frustrating for them as workers to place an order and for my mastercard to get declined and then for my card to get declined because I forgot that it was locked. What seems to add to the frustration is a system system issue on their part. It appears that when a card gets declined then the staff has to completely start over with an order instead of just entering new card information. This should be a simple fix with your ordering system.The other piece of this that they of course were unaware of was that I had two small children that I was trying to feed and I was completely overwhelmed and not in a good mental space to figure out what was happening with my cards as I had received some terrible news earlier.The things is that I am a human being who was having a rough day and was just trying to feed my family. I understand the process was frustrating, it was frustrating for me as well. I didn't deserve to be talked down to and about that way. Even if I was a "broke b*tch", I still would have been a human being that was simply trying to feed herself and her family and kindness and grace should have been extended.I called earlier today to share my experience with a manager and was hung up on when I asked to speak to one. I'm saddened by this experience and unfortunately have now been turned off from ordering from Cutting Edge because of this experience. The pizza is delicious. I hope in the future other customers can have a better experience when face with a frustrating situation like mine.

I love it!! Especially their MEAT EATERS, VEGGIE AND MEAT PIZZA WITH STUFF CRUST. W/ GARLIC SAUCES. I'm glad their in the neighborhood . Keep up the good worParking: Location is in a shopping center with other businesses, and sometimes its best to call in or order online.

DO NOT FROM HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered my food from "Burger Slob" (another chain that is located here) and once my food was marked ready, I went to there to pick it up. To my surprise, they did not even start on my order. The two young men (Saturday night) do not wear gloves while handling your bread, do not provide the tatar tots but will upcharge you on app, and will argue with you about what is suppose to be on your burger. Would you pay close to $8.00 for this ( Picture attached)? I did the special Buy 1 get 1 (around $15), to find out that I essentially paid for 2 meals. By the way, I waited 40 more mins after my food suppose to be ready but their 'homies" walked in, ordered, and got their food before I did.
