I’ve gone here multiple times where the place is a total mess. Like dozens of dirty plates. It’s disgusting really. The servers look deeply unhappy. And service is exceptionally slow.
One very memorable time I was told they couldn’t even bring water, menus and take our orders for 30 mins. Mind you the server came out to our table to tell us this. Make it make sense!
It’s been a few times that I’ve seen it like this: yes, me, a person who randomly tries this place every couple months, hoping for a better experience. The consistency in being understaffed, disorganized, dirty and then heaping anxiety on to the customers seems like a work problem. Do yall need to unionize?
I want this place to be good. Or even great! The location is convenient. The food is inconsistent but not gross. Seems like the right team could turn this place around.
Also if you read the responses from the owner I think you can start to understand the vibe. Photo attached of one example. If an owner doesn’t know how to filter water, I am not surprised they can’t do better.

Really good food for great prices. The young man waiting on us was incredibly kind and engaging with the kids which goes a long way for me. Service was quick which was appreciated. The menu was the perfect size and a good variety. I'll definitely be going back someday to try their hoagie!
It's a great neighborhood eatery. We love it and have dined and hung out there for over twenty years.

It’s a very cute, tucked away restaurant. I came around 3 PM on a Tuesday and it was relatively empty. The service was excellent. I ordered my food to go. There was no wait and the food was piping hot when I got it. The hostess/server was extremely nice, warm spirited for sure. I didn’t care for my sandwich too much, although I was definitely trying something outside of my comfort zone. There’s lots of menu items so I’d be willing to try them again and sticking to a type of food that I normally eat. The tater tots were good. Overall, it wasn’t bad and the vibes are cute. There’s also a bar if you want to drink and plenty of tables to seat people in groups. With a better food option, this would’ve been a great experience but that was my bad! A local (to my knowledge) worth giving a try!

Seated immediately but took a minute to get menus. My turkey burger was good portion and juicy. Nice amount of tots. Also had chipotle wings which was basically bbq they were good came out quick. Friend had Philly looked to be good portion. Said taste was fine. I tasted her twisted Arnold Palmer, glad I didn't order one. Was expecting sweet flavor of peach, sweet tea and lemonade was very bland to me. Nice server. Very chill, neighborhood spot.
