My husband and I stopped by Dancing Crepes last night- it was us and one other table. The decor was cute, but the seats were dirty (they’re velour). They were out of crepes and grits- I was shocked since the name of the restaurant is dancing crepes!
They served pita chips- way too salty! I ordered lemon pepper wings, and had to send them back, they were so SALTY! They replaced them with mild wings and fries- it was ok! My husband had the drunken chicken and waffles- this chicken was dry and there was no sauce on it. We were there a little over an hour and there was only ONE other table the entire time we were there there! Service was so slow!! And yes, they add 18% gratuity- we won’t be back, save your money!

Darius assisted me with a quick lunch. The speed of service and delicious jerk chicken crepe. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The venue was clean and beautifully decorated.

Went here last year and was so excited to bring our family this time around the service was terrible. No greeting when you walked in, no silverware, never asked what drinks we want, jug water. Sat there for over 2 hours without our food and silverware. When we did get food to the table it was for less than half of our party. Then they brought out 1 silverware roll and that was it. They kept saying they only had 1 working fryer and no workers. They also said they weren’t supposed to be open today due to an event across the street. But there were no “we are closed due to ___” signs outside. Yandy herself walked in twice and never acknowledged our table until we decided to leave. A group of 3 women walked in and she decided to serve them though. Very disappointed!☹️

Came in from out of town, this place was recommended. We waited 2hrs before anyone received their food. Mind you we was the first to sit, and the server never came over for 15min. This was a let down because the actual owner came and an never introduced herself but to the white guest. Never coming back, fla don't support.

I really wanted to like this place because the vibe and decor is awesome. However, after ordering two drinks and asking for the check, I was just given the card reader and the price seemed a little high, but I went ahead and tipped 20% because I'm a good tipper in general. My bad for not asking to see an itemization, but after reading these Google reviews it's very obvious that a gratuity was added without me knowing. I understand that it may have been noted on the menu online, but I think it would be less sneaky and more courteous if it was verbally stated. A friend of mine got the chicken and waffles and said it was delicious. The plating of the food was also gorgeous. The waitress was really nice and friendly as well. I just really hope they start telling their customers about their automatic gratuity, or at least print out the check when it's asked for so the customer can make their own decisions about additional tip.

I was in town and decided to check this spot out. Social media made it look so nice. My in person experience was the complete opposite. I expected so much more. I was there for almost an hour having drinks at the bar. I had one drink and left. What I observed while there was a table with dirty dishes on an unoccupied table. Those dirty dishes remained on the table the entire time I was there. No one thought to clean them. For that reason I was not i treated in eating. There was what appeared to be a storage closet that was completely exposed of all of its contents. The curtain was wide open. I like to support African American businesses I just feel like this one has some work to do. I think it has potential to be an amazing spot.

Very disheartening, Yandy I don't know if you need to pick better family members to help run your establishment but you need to. Today is Sunday, not busy at all, I reserved for 6, we kept having to ask for napkins, my sister sent her chicken wings back twice and then they didn't bring the fries out that went with them and they had to be told, my sister in law didn't eat at all due to waiting to get food last, but to then be told you didn't have Philly egg rolls smh, your server and cook kept horse playing in the kitchen and at the side door next to the bar smh no wonder things kept getting left out. The shrimp was very salty, and we were told majority of the items on the menu were not there so ask first before we picked an item. like we had high hopes especially our first trip to ATL. i did send a message via Instagram to Yandy directly with pictures. please do better.

First entry put us off! Server was not friendly so we had to go go experience somewhere else! Maybe next time ☹️

This was the first place my husband and I went out on a date in August 2023. I don’t know what was in that food because shortly after in November 2023 I was married. 😂😝

But seriously, the restaurant’s location in the heart of the city made our date special. Also, the atmosphere was amazing, pricing was not over the top expensive, and the food was delicious, fast and hot. My shrimp was the size of the palm of my hand. 10 outta 10!

Parking: If you don’t plan to be there for longer than 4hrs, try finding a parking meter near by.

A true gem near the Atlanta Underground. Happened to find this place when looking for something close to my hotel and was not disappointed. The lemon pepper wings were great, but the star of the show was without a doubt the Strawberry Cheesecake Crepe. Take a minute to get caught up in the moment of a truly impressive experience.
